Breakfast was over priced and cold staff un helpful and not very well mannered. Checked out a day early due to medical issues and have not received a refund.

- comfortable bed/pillow
- sauna facility was great
- hotel was clean and aesthetically pleasing
- nice touch of water stations
- horrendous noise from outside city as all times of day/night
- room was cold and cold draft from windows at all time
- curtains were too short for windows so the light was showing through
- no conditioner in the bathroom (it was empty)
- staff were a mixture of helpful & rude
- too many meetings in the hotel making it busy in the lobby

Location near North Station and 1,5 km from Grand Place. Breakfast was very good and also the restaurant.

Great hotel in Brussel. Room completely furnished. And being member they allowed me to do the check in ať 10 AM.
100 euro deposit immediately returned once the check out.

Close to Christmas time, I actually enjoyed my stay a lot. The rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast is good. The location is also very central and close to transportation.

We loved this hotel we felt safe, so clean, looks newly renovated. Really spacious room for our suitcases and for both of us to get ready and do our make up comfortably.
The room didn’t have milk initially we were told to go down for it but it was late and therefore we didn’t. Next day they made sure we had milk.

Water-device at the corridor was fantastic (you could have carbonated and cool, or room-temperature filtered water)! Breakfast and especially the restaurant (interior of the place) was very good. The staff were really nice. Location in very central place was excellent: I could walk everywhere I needed to be and that was actually the first criteria for choosing this hotel.
The price was quite high (have been in similar hotels elsewhere in middle Europe and they have been cheaper), but maybe it is just Brussels thing. The location of the room within the building was OK: no noice from the street, but insulation in between the rooms & front door not so good: you could hear other visitors in neighboring rooms and personnel cleaning in the corridor.
