I feel very frustrated with the lack of security at this hotel. There is no bellboy or security guard at the lobby or main entrance. My friend and I had our suitcases stolen in the lobby, right in front of the reception desk. We stepped away briefly to look for something, and when we turned back, our bags were gone. We lost everything. This incident completely ruined the rest of our trip in Europe. The hotel did not take responsibility and simply stated that since the bags were in the lobby and not in the luggage room, they were not liable. They did call the police, but it took more than an hour and a half for them to arrive, which made it impossible to recover our belongings. We then had to go to the police station ourselves to file a report. We were left alone throughout this ordeal. I do not recommend anyone to stay here and risk going through such an unpleasant experience.

Parking was a bit of a challenge. We are seniors and having to walk around the building to get to the garage was alittle hard for us. If the side door had been available for our use it would have been much better. We were told it was locked because of street people wandering in. Proximity cards would solve that problem.

Beds were comfortable, Wifi was good.
Not a soundproof building at all, very noisy despite sleeping with ear plugs. Service was not great: cups/glasses were not changed over a 4-days stay! A tray with dirty dishes remained for 3 days. Room/bathroom was a bit smelly. Bathrobe/slippers would have been nice to have for this class of hotel.

The hotel was nice, clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Really nice place to stay for a short city break. As we arrived, we were uncertain as to whether we had breakfast included, and when we checked, the confirmation email wasn't clear either. We checked in, and the very pleasant receptionist said we DID have breakfast. Great. First morning , we weren't on the list, and they took our room number, which later made us question whether we did have it. We had breakfast and then double-checked only to be told we DIDN'T so we did have to pay for the breakfast we had. Bit annoying, yes we should have known, but we we're reassured when the receptionist said we did. Could have been an expensive checkout as breakfast is €30 per person.
