Parking was a bit of a challenge. We are seniors and having to walk around the building to get to the garage was alittle hard for us. If the side door had been available for our use it would have been much better. We were told it was locked because of street people wandering in. Proximity cards would solve that problem.

Great location and access to a good public underground secure parking
Lovely room with coffee and tea making facilities
Everything was spotless and a great bathroom with all toiletries provided
We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel as it was quoted as €30 per person which we felt was excessive

Beds were comfortable, Wifi was good.
Not a soundproof building at all, very noisy despite sleeping with ear plugs.
Service was not great: cups/glasses were not changed over a 4-days stay! A tray with dirty dishes remained for 3 days.
Room/bathroom was a bit smelly.
Bathrobe/slippers would have been nice to have for this class of hotel.

The hotel was nice, clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Really nice place to stay for a short city break.
As we arrived, we were uncertain as to whether we had breakfast included, and when we checked, the confirmation email wasn't clear either. We checked in, and the very pleasant receptionist said we DID have breakfast. Great. First morning , we weren't on the list, and they took our room number, which later made us question whether we did have it. We had breakfast and then double-checked only to be told we DIDN'T so we did have to pay for the breakfast we had.
Bit annoying, yes we should have known, but we we're reassured when the receptionist said we did. Could have been an expensive checkout as breakfast is €30 per person.

Comfortable beds and good location. Thats it.
Breakfast was bad, not a lot of options at all. I asked for a made to order omelette and got a burnt omelette instead. The 3rd floor corridor had a weird smell like as if carpets have not been cleaned since forever. Very unpleasant smell for guests. For water they have put a water filter on every floor, creating a hostel kind of environment where you have to go and fill water yourself every time. One late night when we had some take out food with us, we asked the receptionist for some plates and she asked us to go to the bar and get it ourselves. Where is the service that i am paying 900 EUR for??? Disappointing that a hilton franchise has such hostel like services.

This hotel is in a great location if coming in or leaving from Brussels Noord train station. Handy to main shopping area and walkable to some major tourist sites. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was large and the bed was fantastic. Good sized bathroom and shower (just be careful as shower floor got quite slippery). Was a really nice way to finish a holiday.

Bed was spectacular, comfortable and huge! Breakfast was good but no sausages!
The sustainable water was a fantastic idea!!
Staff were very polite and helpful and I was able to do late check out for no extra cost. Much appreciated!
Just 1 hygiene issue chewing gum on one of the glasses and no spoons for the cups which made no sense and meant having to go downstairs to ask when really this should be provided.
Construction noise opposite at 6am! Not impressed but not
the hotels fault.
