Bed was spectacular, comfortable and huge! Breakfast was good but no sausages! The sustainable water was a fantastic idea!! Staff were very polite and helpful and I was able to do late check out for no extra cost. Much appreciated!
Just 1 hygiene issue chewing gum on one of the glasses and no spoons for the cups which made no sense and meant having to go downstairs to ask when really this should be provided. Construction noise opposite at 6am! Not impressed but not the hotels fault.

Staff very good and helpful. Excellent housekeeping and high standards of cleanliness. We really liked the water refill stations instead of plastic bottles. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Welcome cookies were nice
The stay was ruined by the noise and vibration from construction work going on at the hotel. Very loud noise and vibration from 8am on week days. On the Monday noise such as shouting and banging from 07.15 ( before the main construction work started). Awful view from room (of hotel interior, crane, construction work.) Lots of noise due to constant sirens (hospital very close). No fresh milk for coffee/ tea.

Great staff, very polite and helpful. I came early and wanted to simply leave my bags but I was checked in immediately (and was gifted with a delicious fresh cookie!). Very thankful for this! Quite a large hotel with huge lobby and rooms with high ceilings. My room had a great view to the Rogier square. Good gym too.
Room had no hair dryer. Admittedly, I didn't ask for one (as I didn't really need it) but would have been great to have it straight away.

Great breakfast, nice staff
There was no water when we checked-in. Got in around 12am after a long day of travelling, then was told there was no water till 5am so we couldn’t shower or brush our teeth. Wasn’t informed of this at any point between booking and checking in (nearly 2 months). Staff kindly gave us 2 bottles of water so we at least had something to drink. The next day the staff kindly left a note and some chocolates to apologise. Can’t fault the staff they were great but horrible communication.

Great location, friendly staff that were available 24/7. Comfy beds, extremely clean rooms with BRITA taps and microwaves on every floor. Warm Cookies on arrival and departure!!!
there was some water maintenance from midnight to 5am which was a bit noisy, but couldnt be helped. I doubt this is a regular thing

Beautiful and comfy room. Location very easy for access to public transport. Delicious breakfast buffer with great variety available.
The location is not an area where you would feel comfortable walking around by yourself at night. It's not a bustling night spot. On other hand, easy access to public transport and to shopping in the morning.

I stayed for one night and really enjoyed it. The location is excellent, right next to the metro. The breakfast was varied and of very high quality. Great staff, very clean, and the room was excellent.
