Stayed here during a heat wave and specifically chose this property for the air conditioning. It worked very well even with 32°C outside.
The bathroom is spacious, and the welcome cookie was a nice touch. The mini store in the lobby is very convenient, and having a microwave and BRITA filtered water on the floor was a great bonus.

Close to North Train station. Room was excellent with tea and coffee facilities. and a safe. Staff were welcoming but their directions to places were confusing and not always correct. Its located across from the small park that then leads onto the Botanical gardens which are lovely. Food at the onsite restaurant is excellent. Not many decent restaturants around here so recommend eating in the hotel. Not the best area for sightseeing, better staying in the central part of Brussels in my opinion,

Location to train station, location to city center. Cute green garden/park across the street. Clean and comfortable bed. Great rain shower; unlimited water sparkling and still, coffee in room, etc…

They ordered a taxi for us to go to the bus station at Brussels north station The receptionist said our car had arrived and when we got in after being told by reception that it would take around 7 minutes I checked a little later and he was taking us to the airport bus station. He turned Around and took us back to the correct place where my sister in law had her backpack stolen with cash and other valuables.
