We were in what felt like a very recently refurbished part of the hotel, which was very nicely done. The public areas of the hotel were also well maintained. We were in an accessible room for a wheelchair user and there was was plenty of space for manoeuvering around. The refillable water bottles and tap in the hallway is an excellent idea.
The bathroom was quite well designed for accessibility.
We had to move a very heavy sofa in order for the accessible wardrobe function to work properly.
The bathroom had no shelves to store toiletries. It also had a movement activated light but it was so bright it was blinding in the middle of the night. I'm surprised that the Hilton chain doesn't have a specialist accessibility department who sense check accessible rooms

Location was great and easy ness to near by attractions.

It's great that the sauna and gym are available 24/7. The room was very clean and very well-equipped. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. This was our first stay at Double Tree by Hilton and we will definitely be back.

Did not have breakfast, too expensive at 30 €urps per person
Don't like Double Trees payment method they took full payment + a 50 Euros deposit the took payment again. Although the hotel say they returned the first payment in full on my departure it took another 7 days before this payment was released back into my account by my bank. I don't know any other hotel chain in Europe that does this, must be a American thing!

Cleanliness, friendliness of staff, service and accommodation of any requests were seen to promptly.
