The TV wasn’t working at all. And when they finally brought a new remote, it didn’t even have access to YouTube, so it was basically useless.

The gym is very new and the location is convenient.
During my stay in the hotel, someone entered the room without any explanation at 8:15 am. We haven’t checked out yet. We were two females and were afraid to follow the person out to figure out what happened. We went to tell the reception before we checked out. The reception only said they will investigate but didn’t give any feedback over the weekend. This made me feel very unsafe in the hotel.

Excellent front desk staff (very calm, helpful and professional) and an amazing breakfast (amazing spread).
Beds and pillows were not very comfortable and I suggest the linen be washed with something more fresh. The carpet in the room also needs to be cleaned a lot more. This review is specific feedback to make the hotel stay better than best. There is a lot of good things in that hotel so this is not negative feedback, it is specific feedback to make the best even better.

Good location, slightly out of the main city but still walkable. We stayed for a birthday and were gifted some drinks vouchers which was lovely. The staff were nice and helpful. The were water taps and microwaves on the floor outside of the rooms too which was super handy.
