This property is located right across from the old botanical Gardens and it’s stunning. I have never seen a better breakfast area in my life. The room was nicely appointed.
The only one grippe I have is that the back doors leading right to the Metro we’re not working or we’re not open so you had to walk around to get there and it would’ve been nice to get right off the metro and get into the hotel

It was comfortable and the staff were exceptional.
It was very difficult to get to It via the Metro. We had to drag our suitcases up flights of stairs. The shower recess became slippery while showering. Face washers would have been helpful.

Location is close to the main sights and there is a metro station right next to the hotel. Breakfast was adequate although overpriced.
Stained towels on multiple occasions, as well as stains and reddish fingerprints on the bathroom doors and the curtains... Soundproofing is also bad, you can hear people walking on the floor above you. This hotel clearly has housekeeping issues and does not meet the expected standards, especially not when you consider the cost per night. Would not return here.
