Staff at reception were warm and helpful. They were also very polite. Love the hospitality throughout.
Distance from Grand Place. Son was pickpocket on two train stops from Grand Place to Rogier.

The hotel offers spacious, spotlessly clean rooms. It's perfect for shopping lovers, with a shopping mall right next door. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel is a good hotel.
The hotel attempted to charge the deposit, which had already been provisioned, a second time during check-in. Upon my objection, the second charge was not processed. However, I find the deposit policy problematic. The hotel does not mention a daily deposit of €50 per room at the time of booking. This information is only shared via message after the reservation is confirmed, which is neither transparent nor fair.
Additionally, requiring a deposit per day is unusual. If the deposit is meant to cover potential damage to the room or furnishings, the amount should be fixed, not calculated daily. This daily structure contributed to my misunderstanding—I assumed the message referred to a prepayment of the room cost upon arrival, not a deposit.
Such policies must be clearly stated before booking, not afterward. I believe greater clarity and transparency are needed regarding the purpose and structure of the deposit.

It's a classic style hotel and is located strategically at one of the main Metro stations. It's also located right across the kruidentuin, which is very nice for a stroll during the day.
The bed is very comfortable.
The noise. I think this hotel is due for renovation to soundproof the rooms better. Because the hotel is located almost next to a hospital, we could hear frequent sirens during the night. The noise steps from the hallway and room above us were also quite noticeable.
The breakfast was a letdown for its price. For €30 breakfast, I expect at least some sort of table service for eggs and freshly cooked waffles with fresh ingredients like fruits and cream. But unfortunately, that's not the case.

Modern current and Decor was excellent. Furniture was also lovely. Rooms and bedding very comfortable.
The breakfast was poor.
Heat lamps on food not effective, cold food. Need expresso coffee cups,only large mugs offered, juices were also poor for a Hilton standard breakfast. Good vegan choices.
