Wonderful
The location was very convenient for me. I loved the breakfast and the staff were wonderful. One girl was especially kind.l, she even wrote best wishes on my envelope. I discovered it after I had returned to my country, and it was such a thoughtful and heartwarming touch
The room was not very clean, the bedside table had a sticky stain, possibly from something sugary. The bathroom also needs renovation, as it feels outdated and not properly maintained. Additionally, the water pressure was inconsistent. For a 4-star hotel, guests would expect a steady and comfortable water flow. Eco-friendliness is important, but it should not compromise basic comfort standards.

nice clean rooms, good restaurant and very decent breakfast, the staff is very friendly. there is a small shop by the reception if you need to buy some essentials
the hotel is located quite far from the city center, if you are there as a tourist - take into account ~35 min bus ride to Central Station.

Thw room was absolutely comfortable and clean, the stuff was very nice and helpful. It was worth the price.
On the first night, the hot water ran out by 11 PM; it was only lukewarm. The following night, there was no issue with the water temperature at 8 PM. The hotel was a 'little bit' far from Charleroi; it took us almost 4 hours to reach the hotel using public transport, although we also struggled to navigate the public transport system and missed a train. According to Google Maps, the journey should have taken 2 hours, but we weren't able to achieve that time.

It was a good 4 star hotel. Clean. Nice big spacious rooms. Very pleasant helpful staff. Not luxurious but then it was good value for money. I would’ve loved a pair of bathroom slippers.
