The room is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is compact but contains everything needed. The location is convenient, with restaurants and grocery stores nearby.
The noise from the elevator was overwhelming. In the evenings, it was unbearable. It was my second stay at this hotel. During my previous visit, my room was further from the elevator, and I didn't encounter any issues. However, this time, it was far too loud.

Excellent location - close to the metro and only 15 minutes or so from the center. The room was very elegant and very clean. The bathroom has towels, shampoo, as well as a hair dryer so you're covered. The kitchen has a frying pan and a cooking pot so you can also prepare meals if you don't feel like eating out. The staff are nice and helpful, Fabrice was kind enough to recommend some places for us to check out, big shoutout to him. The soundproofing is also great since we didn't hear any noise from the street. Overall I loved it, and I'll definitely be returning if I find myself in Brussels again. I hope their standards are this good in their other hotels too.

Needed a non slip mat in bath (Very slippy). Could have done with a dish cloth.

It is very clean and spacious. And the staff were helpful. The location is great for anyone who is traveling.
It doesn’t have a designated smoking area. And the price of the breakfast buffet was exaggerated.

Layout of studio
Noise from elevators and works outside from 7am. I have tried to resolve problem with corporate many time to resolve problem with my asr rewards account. The hotel is located in the center of Brussels. The wi-fi worked well. The underground parking costs 20 euro per day using hotel's parking spots. Even if you checked out, you can still leave a car at the parking.
We had a room on the first floor and our windows looked at the roof with the garbage. No slippers.

The staff were helpful and lovely. They have a common laundry room which is very useful especially when you are a family of four.
The property needs maintenance and furniture replacement. The sofa was very very fatigued and signs of wear and tear are clear. Also, the toilet is very smelly, the kitchen too which is very annoying. Some of the tables in the living room are damaged. Also the TV is locked, meaning, you cannot mirror your phone or ipad. The heater of the bedroom was not working, hotel could not fixed it, so I had to buy a heater from outside shop just to keep my family warm. All of this and the price per not was not cheap.

Free coffee machine in the lobby. Large rooms.
Room was warm unless you open the window. Once you do that, it needs ear plugs. Super loud road at night. Room feels dated. Could use upgrades. Also, there’s no extra lock on the door, which is the first time I’ve been in a hotel without an extra lock in maybe 20 years. It’s an ok place to stay. Nothing special but it worked.

Location was great - a 3 min walk from the metro . Nice to be able to leave bags after check out. Water in lobby was good.
It was very loud outside. With the window closed it was better but there was a lot of activity at all hours. Not abuse deal but should be noted
