The location was really good, only 50 meters walk to metro, it was near restaurants, coffee shops and not far from historic places. The staff were quite nice and let us to check in earlier check out later than normal hotel hours. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. I would definitely recommend it.
We stayed for two nights and the problem was there was no cleaning room during our stay like all other hotel.

Good space and easy entrance and easy to get to. Good and clean kitchen.
The sheets were so wrinkled that I am 100% sure that they where not changed from the last person that sleep there. That is not acceptable. I attached a picture with the sheets. You be the judge of that. Other thing, I think I lost a personal item in the property, and I tried to contact the owner. The phone is closed and is not answering any emails or messages via booking. So overall a bad experience for me and I will not recommend or ever tried to stay there a second time.

The room is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is compact but contains everything needed. The location is convenient, with restaurants and grocery stores nearby.
The noise from the elevator was overwhelming. In the evenings, it was unbearable. It was my second stay at this hotel. During my previous visit, my room was further from the elevator, and I didn't encounter any issues. However, this time, it was far too loud.

Excellent location - close to the metro and only 15 minutes or so from the center. The room was very elegant and very clean. The bathroom has towels, shampoo, as well as a hair dryer so you're covered. The kitchen has a frying pan and a cooking pot so you can also prepare meals if you don't feel like eating out. The staff are nice and helpful, Fabrice was kind enough to recommend some places for us to check out, big shoutout to him. The soundproofing is also great since we didn't hear any noise from the street. Overall I loved it, and I'll definitely be returning if I find myself in Brussels again. I hope their standards are this good in their other hotels too.

It is very clean and spacious. And the staff were helpful. The location is great for anyone who is traveling.
It doesn’t have a designated smoking area. And the price of the breakfast buffet was exaggerated.

Layout of studio
Noise from elevators and works outside from 7am. I have tried to resolve problem with corporate many time to resolve problem with my asr rewards account.
