We were self catering in an apartment for a few days and the facilities were very good. There was a mini supermarket very close by and a tram stop too.

You can reach the center by walking. cleaning is good. Everything for the kitchen is amazing.
The toilet and bathroom were in separate places in the room. There is no sink in the toilet and you have to walk around the room and go to the bathroom to wash your hands.

THE FRONT DESK PEOPLE CAME INTO OUR ROOM WITHOUT EVEN KNOCKING, to check if the room was empty? So SHADY! very displeased and embarrassed. Our privacy was violated. This happened for 2 consecutive days and from 2 different people. Its saying that this happens all the time in this facility.

Pros: - the location was good, next to the metro station and near the restaurants - the room size was good enough - bathroom with all facilities - Kitchenette with microwave and a small dish-washer
Cons: - The toilet and the bathroom are far from one another (you should go through the kitchen and the bedroom to wash your hands). - No view from our room, another building just in font of the window/balcony.

The room was nice with all the needed options and free coffee plus drinkable water. The staff is really nice, kind and always available to answer questions.
The bathroom doesn't have a window so there are a lot of humidity signs in the ceiling
