The room was big enough and also the kichenette very well equipped
The room was on the ground floor. The window was just in front of the internal path where all the ghest had to pass by to go to their room, so there was any privacy and we had to stay with the rolling shutters closed all the time. Those rooms should have a different price.

Avoid this place!
I deeply regret staying here. My room faced the main street, and every morning I was woken up at the crack of dawn by the noise of trucks loading and unloading outside, as well as the noise from the restaurant below. It was the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in.
Additionally, there is no air conditioning in the rooms, and during yesterday’s extreme heat, I was incredibly uncomfortable. The room was also extremely small for the price paid. The floors were very dirty, and as I was traveling with my cat, I found this particularly unpleasant.
Reception and room service were completely inattentive and unhelpful in every regard. Since my room was located directly above a Chinese restaurant, there was a constant smell of grease and food from the moment I arrived. When I expressed how uncomfortable this made me and requested to change rooms, I was told it was not possible.
The breakfast was also disappointing.
Overall, they charge hundreds of euros for a stay that is worth no more than 60–70 EUR per night. The quality is poor, and the service is unacceptable.

location was good. just outside of st catherine's station, around 15 minutes walk to the Grand Place and lots of food options. receptionist was friendly and easy to communicate with. room was clean, came with a functional kitchenette.

The location is excellent, very central. The breakfast is very good. I appreciated the availability of coffee and tea all day long, and also the lounge area where it is possible to sit and read.
It was surprising that the room was not cleaned at all during our three-day stay. This was not mentioned to us when we checked in.

Brilliant location, within easy walking distance to most attractions and right beside a metro station. The staff were all lovely and spoke a number of languages between them. We didn't have breakfast in the restaurant but there is free coffee and water available downstairs all day and with the kitchenette in the apartment, we were able to make breakfast ourselves each morning.
The accommodations consisted of a bedroom with a king sized bed and the living room with a large sofa that folds out into two separate single beds. It was ideal for our party of 4!

The hotel is in a convenient location. The rooms are clean, not very spacious, but they are well equipped with a small kitchen. Breakfast is good, with a broad selection of ingredients and beverages—tea and coffee available free all day.
The bed mattress was too hard for me. The room could have been bigger for two people.

Amazing staff at reception, very helpful with any request. Nice lobby area with coffee machine.
Overall the hotel could be cleaner and some renovation works needed. In our room the trash bin was completely full from previous guests and apparently the cleaning done after the guests is not done properly.
