Brilliant location, within easy walking distance to most attractions and right beside a metro station. The staff were all lovely and spoke a number of languages between them. We didn't have breakfast in the restaurant but there is free coffee and water available downstairs all day and with the kitchenette in the apartment, we were able to make breakfast ourselves each morning.
The accommodations consisted of a bedroom with a king sized bed and the living room with a large sofa that folds out into two separate single beds. It was ideal for our party of 4!

The hotel is in a convenient location. The rooms are clean, not very spacious, but they are well equipped with a small kitchen. Breakfast is good, with a broad selection of ingredients and beverages—tea and coffee available free all day.
The bed mattress was too hard for me. The room could have been bigger for two people.

Amazing staff at reception, very helpful with any request. Nice lobby area with coffee machine.
Overall the hotel could be cleaner and some renovation works needed. In our room the trash bin was completely full from previous guests and apparently the cleaning done after the guests is not done properly.

Given the location - which is excellent, a great place to stay.
The towels and the room are not cleaned every day but if you are only stauning a 1-3 days that is totally fine

My 5th floor room looked over a lovely and very expansive square with large decorative pools of water and multiple restaurants and bars. Having a kitchenette with a small dishwasher was very handy for self catering with several supermarkets a short walk away.
There was a lot of street and party noise at night if the windows were open but not unexpected given its location.

The room with a kitchenette was very good, we could cook a simple meal, like porridge or pasta.
The location is fantastic, the main sights are within a walkable distance, such as Grand Place.
Hotel's underground parking was awesome, worth 20€/day.
The street was a bit too loud, the windows are not sound proof.

- Great location – 5–10 minutes walk to the city center
- Very friendly staff – quickly helped with all questions (parking, crib, etc.)
- Nice, clean, and fairly spacious room – had everything we needed
- Kids slept in a separate room
- Tasty breakfast

- Courtyard where you can sit and relax
- Unlimited coffee downstairs
– We ordered the crib in advance, but had to remind the staff on site about it
– Small toilet
– A bit pricey, but probably normal for central Brussels
