Location and the stuff was friendly
We found the rubbish basket full from the guest before us and it wasn’t emptied before handing us the room, we didn’t bother to report as we were staying only 2 nights.

??The location was terrific. The accommodations were terrible. They were so bad we left only minutes after being handed our room keys. Hallways wreaked of spices and were filled with construction materials on our floor. Additionally, we arrived to a room with worn and dirty furniture not suitable for children and food on the walls in the kitchen. Do not stay here. Ruined our family New Years plans.

Facilites are a little old and tired, wheelchair access required us to place a ramp every time we went in and out.

Very good for the price as the location is hard to beat. One of the nicest squares in Brussels. The apartments are clean. Secure parking garage is a big plus and you need that secure parking if you are in Brussels.
The rooms look a little dated and could use a bit of uplift.

The location is excellent - you have everything around (restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets, shops, etc.). Easy access to public transportation - metro and buses. The room is good and has some of the basic facilities needed (plats, stove, fridge, cutlery etc.) You have access to water and coffee all day long in the dining room.

very good location with clean and small room, we were overall satisfied. Check-in and check-out were very fast without the issue and tie view from the room was also very good

The whole experience was totally damaged by the staff. I had paid for 24 hrs parking, only to realize that this hotel is following the same logic with the parking as with the room, that you must evacuate the premises together with the room at 12:00, so all your next pay plans for the city tour is down the drain. So, if this is your plans, then you should re-think this hotel.
The hotel deserves more than the rating 1, probably at the rating 7 or 8, but because of the totally misleading information regarding the parking, I present my rating as 1.

Location was very good the staff was excellent and helpful not to far from most things
The room was dated and shabby the toilet roll holder was broken, the skirting board at the edge of the bath tub was broken and the based was falling apart. The clothes hanger on the back of the bathroom door was damage.

I booked in summers, they didn’t provide a proper fan and they don’t have any AC. But the ways they are not Citadines or they don’t know Citadines standard

The location, within the historic center but a reasonably quiet area.
There is a large private courtyard surrounded by hotel rooms, which is nice. However, guests are allowed to smoke within the courtyard making it impossible to open the window to cool the room after a warm day. My room had a south exposure, and all rooms are without air-conditioning. After the 2nd night of hours if smoking I complained to réception and was told smoking is permissable in the courtyard.....within a smoke free hotel!

Love the location and having a small functional kitchenette
Due to the hot weather other guests sat out late in the inner courtyard and were particularly loud. Also since staying there in 2023 we noticed how shabby, knocked about and somewhat run down the room/corridors were looking - it needs some TLC and an update.

the fact that they offer really good coffee for free 24/7... they have a very decent breakfast for only 19eu, the facilities were very comfortable , specially the bedroom...very well located also.. you can listen to street jazz players only one block far
