We stayed 4 people in an apartment and it had it all. Sofa is opening up to be a full bed. We had kitchen including microwave to dishwasher which was very convenient. The hotel is in a great location, safe and near to cafes, restaurants, markets and places to see. You can use metro to travel, it is right at the front. You can grab tea and coffee at the level zero and have a nice terrace to chill. Stuff was also very kind.
Door of the toilet is not practical and bath tub is really high. We also missed to have a desk and mirror to do our make up while sitting. There is no air condition, but lucky for us, we didn't stay during the heatwave.

Very Good
They don’t have slippers in the rooms. I asked for it, they didn’t have it. They have kitchenette, nice bathroom, safe box, study table, dishwasher, fridge, kitchen tools. But no bathroom slippers.

Wonderful
Great location with cafés and grocery stores just a short walk away, making it very convenient for exploring Brussels. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, which made the room quite warm during the heatwave. With that improvement, the stay would have been even more enjoyable.
No Air Con. to beat Heatwave in Brussels

Good
Location was brilliant and breakfast facilities great, although at extra cost.
Room wasn't what I had expected, looked nothing like the picture of the room I had booked. Was very small sleeping area and as we backed onto the lift we could hear it on and off most of the night.

Location.
Beware! There is no air-conditioning in the room and I do not recommend stay during spring-summer season. If asked always prefer garden view as there are a lot of restaurants and bars in front of the windows with city view and you will be forced to chose between sleepless night because of the hot if you close the windows or from the noise all night long if you chose to open them for decreasing the room temperature. We have tried to change our room but the receptionist explained that this is not possible. I will never return in this hotel.

Pleasant
The location was good and the bed was comfortable.
We have stayed here many times but this time the cleaning policy had changed and now cleaning is offered only for stays of more than 6 days. Given the price of the room, it seems strange to have to empty the garbage and pick up clean towels whereas in the past the room was cleaned more often. The room was very hot (no air conditioning) which meant we had to keep the windows open, but then we could not sleep due to the noise from the people gathered in the garden area until after midnight.

Very Good
Location was nice - it's a simple walk to Grand Place and it felt like a safe area with some local (if not exciting) options for eating if you did not want to walk far. Very clean, with plentiful hot water and facilities to prepare basic food. There's a local Carrefour Express on the square and a large one within less than ten minutes' walk. The building in general is functional; don't expect pretty or charming, but the staff were always there and always friendly and helpful, everything worked and everything was as described when we chose it. The bed was absolutely perfect for us, but might be too firm for some people.
While it's never going to be one of the prettiest hotels we've stayed in, there was absolutely nothing wrong with it other than feeling stuffy. Our room also overlooked a road with early traffic, but we had the window open because it felt overheated so that's always going to be a trade off in most hotels - you couldn't really hear it with the window closed.

Just a few feet from the metro station. Front desk male staff very helpful with directions.
When I checked in, the room given to me first was not clean and the bed had been slept on, not made. I complained to the front desk staff and I was given another room. Thank you. But my sister’s room is also dirty and with a thick brown yucky streak inside the toilet bowl. The elevator also had an overwhelming vinegar smell. We stayed for one night.

Wonderful
The hotel is in a very convenient location, right in the center. It is close to major attractions and many cafés and restaurants.
The small kitchen was fully equipped with everything you might need for a longer stay.
The check-in process was a bit slow, and we had to wait for about half an hour. It would be great if they introduced a self check-in option.

Good
The location of the hotel was perfect. Just far enough away from the Grand Place to avoid the crowds, but close enough to easily walk there Lots of restaurants nearby. The kitchenette, especially the refrigerator was convenient and appreciated.
Thin towels and and there weren't many. Soap and shampoo weren't filled. TP wasn't restocked and had to go ask for more at the desk.

We had a lovely stay. The place is near the subway station, which helped us a lot. The kitchen offered a memorable experience, and the staff were very polite and helpful.
There is only one drain, which is inside the shower area
