Wonderful tasteful interior, spacious room, very big and comfortable bed, thoughtful details from coffee machine to bathrobe immediately available in the room. Good sound isolation. Great book selection in the lobby, you can take them upstairs. Very nice location, there is a park around the corner and peaceful quiet neighbourhood. Special thank you to Sania from reception, we had a complaint that she solved in the best possible manner. We would definitely recommend this hotel and come back here again ourselves.
The water in the shower could be hotter. I think it goes to 38 c maximum.

Spacious room with a bed and sofa for a child – very comfortable for a family stay. Spotlessly clean. The mattresses and pillows were excellent. Good breakfast, plus free coffee available during the day in the coworking area. There is also a pool (felt a bit cold at first, but actually fine). Sauna would be a great addition. Very friendly staff. Quiet area, several parks nearby. Easy access by metro, train and bus.
Temperature controlled centrally via reception (can’t adjust yourself). No bathroom door (inconvenient with a child).

Good location - very close to Schuman square. Acceptable breakfast (limited dietary options). Good room size, comfortable bed.
Heating is centralized. I had a room on a corner and I had to go to the reception to kindly ask to increase the temperature in the room (first night I felt I was freezing, but the phone in the room was not working so I had to go downstairs in the middle of the night).

The hotel was very nicely decorated and cozy! The Receptionist was friendly!
The only issues were: 1. There was a lack of privacy when taking a shower: it has a glass door, so if you are sharing the room with your family (and not a romantic partner), one person would be able to see the person who is showering when approaching the bathroom / the sink (which were directly next to the shower stall). If you are alone / a couple it could be fine. 2. The tap needs to be repaired in the room.

The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and functional. The staff was polite, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast offered a good variety of both hot and cold options, with fresh and quality products.

We had an amazing stay! The staff was very friendly and the room was huge and clean (the whole hotel is new and very modern decorated). There is also an indoor pool that is opened until 23:00, so perfect way to end your day :) The location of the hotel is in a safe neighbourhood, near several European institutions.
The breakfast was delicious - however as an improvement suggestion, would be nicer to be more diverse.
