Wonderful
This small hotel near Schuman metro is very centrally located and near all the EU institutions. The rooms are spacious, they are clean and staff at the check-in are always helpful.
I guess the person in charge of kitchen should at least try to be more welcoming, he seems annoyed about every little thing and gives rude comments mostly.

Rooms are kept very clean and the staff at the reception is nice and helpful. The hotel also has a very good location.
Comfort of the room was very limited, small, badly working tv, cold in the room. The whole hotel is ran down and desperately needs some refurbishment. Before the breakfast was exceptional, now its quite average with a grumpy Spanish man trying to educate guests on how and what to take.

good location, nice atmosphere and very friendly staff.
The only issue was that it took ages for my shower to get even slightly heated and then it only lasted for a couple of minutes. went cold mid shampoo and did not warm up again
