A comfortable bed, good shower
It was clear that no inspection of the room had been made prior to our arrival. There were spent light bulbs, the bedside lamps didn't work until we reported this, there's a very odd system to switch on the coffee machine. The bar of hand soap disappeared after one day, there was no dish for it and it was never replaced. I used the tumblers for my vitamin supplement drinks and they were not removed and replaced with new clean ones so remained dirty and unusable.
This hotel wants to be a bijou place to stay but housekeeping and maintenance issues leave it short of that ambition.

The location in central Brussels is absolutely amazing. An overwhelming amount of clubs and dining options surrounded by historical charm. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
It was very hot the first night we stayed and the A/C didn’t seem to have the ability to cool the room. It’s one of those set ups where you need to leave your room card in a slot to have power in the room—so you can’t leave the air running to do its job. The heatwave broke the next night and we were comfortable just opening the windows.
The location is a bit of a double edged sword: It’s great being in the center of all the excitement, but the party lasts until the sun comes up, so if you’re a light sleeper, you may have issues with drunken party noise.

The location was perfect, downtown Brussel, but the hotel was a chatastrophy, no compensation in spite the bad conditions on the room. We had to move to another hotel.
Upon our arrival late Sunday evening, we encountered several unacceptable issues in the room that severely affected our comfort and the quality of our stay:
1. Shower Malfunction: The shower door would not close properly, causing water to flood the bathroom floor and spill into the hallway. This created not only a significant inconvenience but also a potential safety hazard.
2. Bed Issue: The bed on my wife’s side was slanted and leaning towards the wall, making it extremely uncomfortable for her to sleep. As a result, she was unable to rest properly — an issue that is especially problematic considering we were on a business trip and needed proper rest for our work commitments.

Staff were friendly. Location was in the heart of the action. The beds were comfortable.
The front facing rooms can be noisy from outside revellers. Noisy til small hours even in mid week days. There are courtyard rooms available which are said to be very quiet.

It was close to everything.
Room was super loud, bc bar downstairs and partying on street. Our room didn’t have a shower - just hand held and the tub drain didn’t plug. Decore was weird. 3 star hotel.
