very comfortable and spacious room and bed, with good loccation close to metro /tram/ bus.
Breakfast was not included in the price, which was not clear at the reservation stage. Standard breakfast - boring - every day the same limited food. Limited choice for vegetarians. Small coffee cups.

The room was clean, quiet and functional. The wiring / lighting systems were sub-minimal with respect to safety and convenience The bed was bowed, very soft and unsupportive and the duvet cover was larger than the duvet making it difficult to use. The rather difficult four/five steps inside the front door of the "62-ANNEX BLOCK" urgently requires a hand-rail for future resident physical security!

Noise isolation wasn't sufficient, which result in noisy days due to reconstructions in front of the building.
