Disappointing
The room was quite spacious, the location was ok. Quite clean.
The staff was not really helpful, actually rude at the reception when presenting a request. They still have the old system with breakfast cards, which makes you walk to the reception every morning before breakfast to get them. The breakfast was very poor; we had fruit just one morning, and the other three mornings, the waiters gave the same explanation: late delivery. Of course, it made no sense. Also, they ran out of soy milk. Very little variety. Overrated and overvalued.

Loved the Location just a 5-10 minute walk from the spetacular Grand Place in Brussels
They have a roof top bar that was great and served good reasonably priced food and a good range of drinks
Buffet Breakfast was also very good.
Room had older style decor, but was spacious, comfortable and clean and had a very good bathroom and shower.
Very Safe area to stay
There was nothing that we would of liked changed.

Amazing hotel right in town, the breakfast is good, staff are nice, and the room is really comfortable big and clean
They were doing refurbishing right in our floor (2 rooms up) and the noise (drills) woke us up at 8am

Perfect location, room made up every day. great breakfast
Rooms a little bit old. No plugs on both sides of the bed. No fridge.

The hotel was good, the room was clean except for the bathtub which had yellowish stains from several people who had bathed there. The entire lobby was very clean, however, the face, hair and body towels felt like sandpaper and were old and had yellowish stains. The location is great and the staff is friendly.
