Excellent location, just 200m from the metro and within walking distance of major attractions. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff kindly allowed us to check in two hours early. We also loved the beautiful rooftop view. Highly recommended!

Location was close to the old town and Christmas market.
No bell service. No grace with the 3 pm check-in. Two very exhausted travelers slept in the lobby till 3 pm despite numerous requests to be allowed in. Very conference crowd oriented. Non-personal.

You may get a good bang for the buck when there is no hight demand un Brussels.
Can get really crowded and noisy with EU events mostly groups. Expensive when there is high demand in Brussels due to EU events.

Good value for money and so clean. The location is great to walk around. The staff is amazing, very polite and helpful. There is a storage room for luggages. Breakfast was good with a lot of delicious pastry.

Breakfast was an "add on" for an additional cost, however at 12 euros it was a bargain - varied, buffet style.
I would have rated everything higher, except for 3 issues: 1) the hotel had elevator/lift issues (slow and at least one of three out of commission while I was there. 2) TV reception (cable?) was problematic (signal strength?) and English channel selection was limited 3) Equipment and options were very limited

Noise from the road was bothering the kid all night. There is no noise reduction in the room whatsoever. It was too loud to ignore during sleep and kept waking the kid.

A large, wonderful hotel with a touch of retro charm, perfectly located in the heart of Brussels near the famous Manneken Pis statue. The location puts you right in the center of the city’s historic district with easy access to all major attractions. The lobby features an excellent coworking space - ideal for getting work done on your laptop in a comfortable, professional environment.

Was able to walk to everything from the property
Only 2 elevators out of 4 worked. There was a big spider in my room. There was also some sort of dress up convention going on that they did not make me aware of when I booked.
