Wonderful
The single room was small but had all that one needs.
Only remark would be: the telephone on the bedtable was connected but did not work. Not sure if it was because of the electricity fall out the hotel had earlier on the day I arrived or that the phone line is just not working. Not a big thing as most people now have mobiles.

The location and staff were very nice. The room was spacious, cozy and clean
The bathroom needs some repairs: the water pressure of the shower was very low and we saw some moldy spots on the walls.
The elevators were veeeery slow

Good location, very central, has AC, comfortable, elevator.
Room is quite small overall, no fridge, bathroom had a bunch of rust on it and fogs up constantly. Quite expensive for what you get.

The Hotel is quite close to the main square of Brussels and other tourist sights. The room was spacious and clean. Has a lovely roof top bar to relax in at the end of the day.
My room was quite noisy.If I wasn't getting noise from inside the hotel ( I had a corner room ), I was getting noise from outside the hotel as my room backed onto a laneway which had parking garages.

The location was good, pretty close to the city center! I was able to keep my luggage there when I was out exploring for the day after I had checked out.

Unfortunately, my check-in experience was stressful. The staff member initially told me that we did not have a reservation, which was surprising since I had already been charged before arrival. She then informed me that I would need to pay an additional €2,000 for our two-night stay. Thankfully, I remained calm and did not react emotionally. Another staff member stepped in, reviewed the booking, and quickly resolved the issue. While I appreciate the assistance of the second staff member, the initial handling of the situation was concerning and caused unnecessary stress at the start of our stay.

Great hotel located in the center with friendly staff. The central station is within walking distance. The room was clean. On the 8th floor there is a cocktail bar with great view and not only with drinks but with food too.

Super location, close to city center, shops, attractions and public transport etc. Spacious room with all necessary facilities.
Good and rich breakfast buffet. Attentive and helpful staff. The rooftop bar in itself & its drinks!
Room looking out into a backyard was a bit dark at first, but we came to very much like this when it got sunny & hot :-)

Not having a fridge in the room. There should be a fridge in a 3 star hotel, when is 35 degree celcius outside.

Room was clean, staff were welcoming, and the central location is great!
Don’t stay on the 7th floor! There is a rooftop bar above it and I could hear absolutely everything (people talking, loud music, even the dragging/stacking of chairs at the end of then night). Even on a Tuesday this went on until after midnight. The ceiling is slatted so you can hear the water rushing through the pipes constantly, it woke me up a lot throughout the night. The bed was very uncomfortable. And the breakfast is pretty bad, seemed like powdered eggs and not many options.

Our reservation was originally for 2 nights - April 29 & 30. Two days prior to arrival our initial outgoing flight was delayed over 5 hours invalidating our connections forcing us to rebook our flights for a day later. I notified booking.com that we would be delayed and therefore staying only 1 night - the 30th. Nevertheless, we were charged for 2 nights. Obviously I would like an adjustment to the charge.
