I like that they were kind and that the hotel is so close to everything.
The bathroom wasn't so clean you could see the wet drops dry all over the shower and the towels were quite yellow and old, maybe a small update to new towels and better cleaning in the bathroom will be good.

The place was so nice. The room was clean and the breakfast was so good!
The room was not soundproof. You can literally hear from your room, the loudness from outside and neighbours.

The location is close to the square with a lot of shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was nice and a reasonable price. The smell in the lobby was amazing.

Power went out, apparently they turned it off. No lights, including in dangerous places like the stairways. During that time, no elevator or AC. Hotel was serviced by two elevators, one of which was out out service for most of my stay. Bed was small, but the room was definitely large enough to accommodate a larger bed.

Overall, we had a comfortable stay at Bedford. The location was great, very close to all the attractions we wanted to visit, and it’s a 12-minute walk from the central train station, which let us save money on public transportation and just move around on foot. The rooms were clean and the staff were nice and polite. We got a room facing the inner courtyard, which didn’t offer much of a view, but it was quiet.
The toilet brush was missing, so that was a bit inconvenient. A fridge would also be a great addition. The breakfast selection was fairly simple, which is not a big issue for a short stay, but something to note if you’re there longer.

I’ve read a lot of bad reviews and didn’t know what to expect, but it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. The room for three people was very comfortable, the beds were comfy, everything was clean and we loved the hotel’s proximity to all the tourist areas and cafes. If I’m in Brussels again, I’ll definitely choose this hotel!

The location was absolutely perfect to get into Grand Place and Brussels Centraal. Rooftop bar was a pleasant surprise also.
Wooden floors in the rooms was a first, I much rather carpet. Half the machines in the gym didn't work. I wish there was also a mini fridge in the rooms to cool water as it was very hot the days in went.
