Stolen private information
Hotel has a problem. Someone is stealing information from the customers. After booking the hotel, i got constant messages from scammers who had my name, phone number, date of arrival, price of the booking. They constantly threatenedto cancel my bookings if I dont give them my credit card info. Hotel did not care much, they just said, its happening a lot and tried to blame booking. Never happened before so its obviously their fault.

Great location right next to the square and Mannekin Pis. Staff were very friendly and you could store your bags.
Walls were paper thin - you could hear your neighbours. We had a strange light that would constantly flicker on even when we turned off the lights. The entire light system was outdated and it was hard to turn on individual lights.

Location is perfect. Few mijutes to the centre of the cith and close to all important train stations. Check in was very quick and staff were friendly.
Small issue but several elevators were not working the day i was there.

Excellent location. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and housekeeping kept the room clean. Nice lobby area. Affordable parking just across the hotel (€13/day). Overall, very good value for money.
Rooms are a bit dated, especially the bathroom. The mattress and pillows could be more comfortable, though still acceptable for a short stay. The elevator is quite small.
The main issue was a security concern: I received a very convincing fake message appearing to be from the hotel, linking to a page with my personal booking details (name, dates, phone number and total price). Fortunately, I did not enter my credit card details and confirmed with reception. This should be investigated urgently, as it may indicate a problem with their booking system security.

Spotlessly clean room, cleaned every day. The location was central and absolutely perfect. Breakfast was tasty and a great starter to each day. The staff were so friendly and helpful and could not be faulted. Our trip was so great we are considering booking the same hotel again.
Can't fault this place.
