Overall very clean and a very good location. Close to bus and train. Cabs/Ubers are very cheap so very quick affordable journeys to town.
The bathroom door seemed like it was on the wrong way. Usually you can see out and others can't see in (it was made of glass), but it was hard to see out and very easy to see in if you're on the toilet or in the shower. Not ideal if you're not that comfortable with nudity or seeing you're travelling buddy like that (or on the toilet!). the bedroom door is a sliding door and there is no soundproofing if you're staying in the living room.

The staff is super useful and friendly. Good location, confortable bed and nice breakfast. They provide towels, clean bed sheets, hairdryer :)
I felt a bit cold at my room and the internet sometimes didn't work and I had to use my data for late work.

We visited many European countries in our trip, but our stay in this apartment was the best. the room was so spacious and comfortable. Yes they don't have a reception but they have a 24 hr duty manager you can call, they respond to complaints and very understanding. The location is very comfortable too, easy to walk to most places or take an uber
There is no washing machine in the rooms, but there is a central washing machine free in the building. So it wasn't so much of a problem

Great location and great concept (self check in/ check out). Bathroom amenities were excellent - Rituals products for use. Comfortable stay with microwave, utensils in room.
Towel changing facility/ housekeeping would have made our stay better. Bathroom was slightly old with the water from the shower going everywhere.

All service facilities were bad.The room was not cleaned at all. bed sheets were not renewed. Even towels were not provided. The Airconditioning in the room was not working properly. The breakfast was the poorest ever. Nothing has been working properly. I am completely not satisfied.

Comfortable room with comfortable bed and sofa. You can't complain about the location. Quick answer to calls from reception desk.
1. Almost no WiFi, it will get disconnect many time without any reason. 2. One of the very scary thing : Electrician enter my apartment without knocking the door. They have access to all the apartments, that does not mean you should enter apartment when guests are present in apartment. When informed to reception desk. They said they just have access and they can enter apartment and teaching me to lock the door from inside and not just put auto latch to lock. Staff should knock the door, this should not be thought but should have this manners.
