It’s was the worst of my life. Terrible customer service. There was stains and hair on the bedsheets. Bathrooms were not clean. Stay away from this place

Online check in isn’t convenient. There is nobody at the reception. Facilities are dirty and some amenities are broken. Walls are dirty, signs of mold. Loud traffic makes it hard to sleep. We couldn’t leave our luggage after check out, staff wasn’t helpful.

Great location , very spacious.
It was very noisy from the street it was like there were no windows at all. Initially we thought that a window was open. Not great for families with small children. Maybe only our room was like that but i cant say.

Seamless check-in process and good, responsive communication through the chat on the hotel app. We had a 1-bedroom apartment, and it was spacious and well-equipped. The location cannot be beat, and of course, at night you can hear some noise outside, but that is to be expected.
The only points I'd raise is that the furniture could use some TLC/updating and Cleanliness could have been slightly better, but for the price-value ratio and location, it was perfect for our 2-night stay.

We had a double room with air conditioning. This location is excellent. It makes walking to various must see sights accessible. The farthest travel was to the Atomium site but the Metro is not far. The instructions for entry using codes and lockboxes were clear and readily understandable. On our departure day we had a 18:17 train to Lyon so we were able to use the luggage storeroom for the day. We could have also used some of the six lockers located in the lobby if needed. They are large enough to accommodate a 26” checkin suitcase. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers in the corner of the garage at no charge.

B-Aparthotel Grand Palace is in a great location. A short walk to many great sites and restaurants. Close to public transportation as well. It was nice to have filtered water offered on the 3rd and Ground floor and the ability to do laundry (buy your soap) was great for my longer stay. Despite my room facing a popular street, it was surprisingly quiet. Finally, I arrived during a terrible heat wave and I was so grateful for the air-conditioning!
Please understand what you are renting - it's not a traditional hotel. The very clean room is a bit dated and in need of maintenance. My shower had a leak, and the bedroom floor had numerous gaps due to poor installation. The kitchen is basic but very handy (though I did not cook). Do not expect coffee or tea to be supplied, unless you are willing to pay 1 euro per capsule (and there is no milk available).

The location can’t be beat. Very close to the central train station and great restaurants, bar, shopping, entertainment.
Although the apartment is Spacious, very clean and comfortable - there are two negatives. The WiFi is incredibly weak and you are only given one key card (which also controls the lights inside). If you have more than one adult, you can’t leave someone home and go out or it leaves them in the dark.

The location was very close to the Grand Platz. It was a little noisy at night because we were on the street side. The size was very comfortable for 3 people and efficient. We could put 3 medium size suitcases on a coffee table and side table. There was a small kitchenette with a complete cooking set, dishes, silverware, microwave, mini fridge, and sink. The bathroom had lots of racks for towels, a full rack under the sink for holding cosmetic bags, a nice shower and a tub also. Breakfast was at a nice restaurant that was a very close walk.
This was the 1st time for me registering completely on line. So registration without a lobby receptionist was a bit of a learning curve for me. Also, an outdoor courtyard would have been nice.

Location in the heart of the city.
Check-in was fast and precise (if you read the instruction they send you).
The parking space comes in handy, if you travel by car.
Even though we haven't seen any staff, everything was smooth and easy.
The street facing apartment was loud during the evening/night and you could hear a lot of noise, but that didn't bother us much. If you have troubles sleeping, that might disturb you, but we were tired enough to sleep tight :).
The extendible couch would need a newer matrice.
Except these, we can't really give any negatives, as for us there weren't any.
