Location . Staff helpful, courteous about storing luggage.
No clean towels every day. No sports TV channels. Laundry lying in the passage. No water in the rooms. Very noisy at night.

Nothing is pleasant
The htel didnt accept cancellation nore reimbursment even if a member of my family died before the trip.
They refused exceptional reimbursment in case of exceptionnal personal situation.

location was perfect, the rooms were clean, spacious and roomy.
The laminate floors have shrunk creating gaps. Gives the look of it being a bit run down. Otherwise, the rooms are clean and roomy. We had the 2 bedroom units and 1 bedroom unit.

1. Location: The location is amazing. It is right next to the Grand place and very close to the Brussels Central station. 2. Rooms: We had taken two rooms - a bigger room with kitchen and a smaller room. Both of them were quite clean, tidy and with comfy beds 3. Staff and communication - the staff were very nice, and there was regular communication from them to ensure we are comfortable
There was a situation for a few hours in one of the mornings when the entire electricity was off, the doors to the staircase were closed and also the doors of the lift were shut. I am not sure if it was a regular maintenance, but it would have been nice if it was communicated.

The building is in a perfect spot to visit Brussels on foot, just a few meters from the Galleries Royales Saint Hubert (where youll find all the best chocolateries) and a few minutes from the Grand Place. In front of the building theres also a nice boulangerie, very useful to grab a croissant or a pain au chocolat on the go :)
Our room had everything we needed for our stay: towels, linens, hair dryer and soap/shampoo.

Great location - just few meters from Saint Hubert Gallery and Wolf food court. Great and quick service (we had problem with check-in safe). Spacey studio with comfortable bed.
Balcony doors (2nd floor) had no barrier (nor balcony). Few tweaks, repairs, painting would be great.

The location was great - extremely close to Grand Place.
No wheelchair accessibility/ easy access for baby strollers. The stove in the kitchen wasnt working. The TV wasnt working, and the coffee machine as well. 2 and a half toilet rolls were provided, with no tissue boxes, and as a family of 3, we ran out and had to go to the supermarket to refill it, because they charge for it. In addition, if you are staying less than 5 nights, no room cleaning is provided. I believe these things shouldve been made clear before the booking. On our last day, the electricity went off, which caused a delay in our checkout time.

Location was perfect. Room is great. Support is great, so definitely 5 starts for this hotel without any hesitation. Highly recommended.
Location is the center of the city, no need for a taxi to walk around.
