The locations is perfect for exploring the city & is only 3 minutes walk from the main square. The room was really spacious & comfortable, very clean & had the added advantage of tea & coffee facilities. The staff were extremely friendly & very helpful.
Due to its central location, we were woken at around 06:30 every morning by the delivery trucks & rubbish collectors but this is of course is not something the hotel can control. The breakfast was very disappointing. It was run by the café in the same building & we were given a menu to choose from. The first morning there was no yoghurt for the granola, the scrambled eggs were cold, the croissants were not refilled & the poor waitress appeared to be the only one serving everyone. The second morning was slightly better!

This hotel was located in the perfect place within a five minute walk to the Grand Place. We loved the café entrance and the atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and we would definitely stay there again

The reception staff were very helpful and kind. Best bed ever. Beautiful family room. Very clean.
The reception and accommodation are a separate business to the breakfast providers downstairs. The operation of breakfast was shambolic. The breakfast providers also cater to the public. There wasn't enough cutlery or delf for anyone. The food was served on wet plates that were not clean. Also the pancakes with cream had a very strong taste of garlic.... we just decided to stop trying to have a nice festive family breakfast together and we left. The reception and accommodation are 10/10. The breakfast was a borderline health hazard.

The location was what you are paying for - but it’s very busy and almost hectic.
So much. The fact that you have to walk through a crazy busy cafe to get to reception, the “I don’t care attitude” of the staff (reception and wait staff), the rooms had so much broken and subpar - it was so overpriced for what it was.

Central location made it perfect to walk into the centre for exploring, food, and drinks. It meant that we always said ‘yes’ to going out for a wander even if it was late. We appreciated the hotel being a 5 min walk from the train station too, as we took a few day trips from Brussels!
The staff were so friendly and accommodated all of our needs. They put a smile on our faces each day.
We also loved the cafe downstairs and we felt like it worked perfectly to have breakfast or a drink there while waiting to check in/leave for the airport.
Really loved it! And would stay here again.

The location was spot on, right in the heart of the city. Very close to all main attractions amd shops.
Downstairs there is a cafe with amazing food. People were always queuing to get it. What a privilege to have it right there. The room is was very clean and had a modern look. Very impressed.

The cafe linked with the hotel is great. All staff are friendly. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The shower was AMAZING! After a tiring journey and feeling very achy, the shower was so powerful it was like a massage. We really needed it! The location is excellent. Everything is nearby, cafes, restaurants, museums, train station...
The shower did leak on the floor because the glass divide wasn't big enough, but it wasn't the end of the world.
