The location and proximity to the Grand Place. We requested a quiet room and we got one . Peaceful and no bother sleeping
The breakfast and the service at breakfast. Poor choice and asked if I could just have plain toast and butter but was refused . Said we could only choose from the menu which was very limited . Only one member of staff serving

Very warm welcome, clean room, helpful staff.
The breakfast method was not very convenient, the breakfast section of the restaurant was cramped, service was slow in the morning.

Superb property - will be returning and re-booking this hotel. I was a tad reserved as it was above a coffee shop but it was great, Super helpful staff and lovely coffee shop below. The room was big, super comfy bed and amazing shower which had the nicest shower gel.
Wish there was a fridge in the room.

Centrally located, clean, comfortable bed, room beautifully cleaned each day
Little annoyances: Room was top floor- ceiling was steeping sloping so insufficient headroom on one side of the bed (my side!); shampoo and body wash containers in shower did not pump well- fiddle to use, faint sewerage smell in bathroom with no obvious cause, swipe card access to room was mercurial.

The location was amazing. The breakfasts were terrific and having a very popular little coffee shop with food was very helpful. It was a cozy place to take a break when it was cold and rainy outside. The staff was terrific - very friendly.
Having the second elevator working would be helpful.

Breakfast was fine,could be a little more choice especially cold drinks offered water/orange juice.
Bathroom in lobby was bad theres 2 toilets both, male female could use them but at any given Time the que was around the corner, not good for such a busy place which also are the café toilets. The healing was working i our room so had to move room on second night but staff were so helpful then,This was my second time to stay iat Aris hotel its so convenient to everything , bit more expensive than last time we stayed but would definitely recommend to say here and we also would stay again no problem.

Room was very clean shower room excellent. The location was excellent everything in easy reach.you can walk to most places.All transport was close trains buses Taxies.
For us the bed was very hard softer would have been better. The breakfast although good value there was not a lot of choice and was the same every day and the was not enough staff to cater for the number of guests.

Everything. Staff lovely. Rooms lovely. Clean and bed so comfy. Did not want to get up. Had a fab view. Cage fab also. Will def be back and tell everyone I know. Right in the centre. Everything close.

If one wants to stay close to Grand Place Brussels it is the perfect location to walk around with easy access to Brussels Central Station and taxis. My room was very quiet and clean with a comfortable private bathroom. Once there was an issue with the TV it was immediately solved. The Lloyd Coffe Eatery is a great vibrant cafe with helpful staff at breakfast time. The reception staff was polite and ready to help out - especially Thibault (thank you very much Thibault - I hope i write the name correctly).
I would prefer it if the room wasnt at the back part of the hotel and if there was a small refrigerator in it.
