Wonderful
Central location was our aim. The staff was very accomodating.
There was no place/quiet reception area to wait and to meet up with fellow guests.

CRAZY noise at 5-6 am outside from the street
Absolutely impossible to sleep after 5 am
Never imagined such a crazy noise from people moving some supplies for the nearby shops or caffees .. moving /rolling some devices on the stone street is total disaster … poor hotel guests ..

More hooks are needed in the bathroom to hang clothes and wet towels.

The location was perfect, right in the city center. I loved the fact that there was a cafe downstairs. Staff was trust worthy and very nice throughout my stay!
The walls were paper thin, leading to SO much noise coming from within the hotel itself. I also had a room facing the front of the building which led to me hearing everything happening outside the building at all hours (including ppl screaming at 3am, and construction workers or trash disposal at 7am). The pillows were awful and provided little to no support. It was very difficult to get a good nights sleep here.

Location was excellent. Room on top floor was good. Staff friendly.
Breakfast was poor. On 2 out of 3 mornings, there was no granola which was the only vegetarian option. Only one out of two lifts worked.

The staff of the hotel was amazing even to the point I had forgotten my euro plug adapter and they lent me one! The location was second to none!
The breakfast was bad!!!! At the bottom of the hotel there is a cafe for anyone to go in and eat, in the morning they segregate a section off for hotel guests, they give you a menu with only 4 options, the food was basic at best and not what everyone else was getting, the worst part was the staff in the cafe they didn’t give a shit about you and you could tell. If I was you I wouldn’t get the breakfast there is restaurants everywhere so don’t waste your time there!
The room was small with a slope on one side, to the point I did bang my head when getting out of bed, BUT it was clean and comfortable
