The hotel is located in a few steps from the Grand Place right in the heart of Brussels. For tourist with a short stay its a great location. We stayed for one night and everything was great at this point. The reception staff were super friendly. We requested a quiet room if possible as we stayed with the dog - Im not sure if we got the quietest room, but we heard only people passing through sometimes, the room was pretty quiet. Also the room had a bathtub and it was nice to enjoy after a cold day out. The room was quite clean, we also had a bottle of water , kettle and teabags, good for cold weather !
The room is a little bit outdated, especially noticeable in the bathroom, might need a renovation. Also the shower was leaking a bit and was hard to switch. But for short stay for us it was still good. The reception is behind the cafe inside - might be not easy to find at the spot if the place is crowded. Charged 25 per night for the dog - not sure if the price is reasonable

Excellent location just around the corner from main part of town. Nice modern facilities
Air conditioning didnt cool below 20C so quite hot to sleep.

Very clean and quiet. Everything was spotless and the rooms were cool and spacious. The front desk was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in the center of Grand Place so we could walk to everything. There is a cafe attached to the hotel as well.
