This hotel was located in the perfect place within a five minute walk to the Grand Place. We loved the café entrance and the atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and we would definitely stay there again

Great location! Stuff super friendly. There are several restaurants around including one at the hotel.
The businesses around kept rolling their garbage cans right by our window making a lot of noise early in the morning. Not the hotel’s fault.

Wouldn't recommend the breakfast. They share the space/kitchen and staff with a coffee place open for the public in general. Throughout our whole stay, the breakfast served for the hotel guests ran understaffed and chaotic. Basic things like glasses, cutlery, cups, and plates were usually missing. You ordered from a fixed menu, and it would take quite some time from the time they've taken your order to bring you the food. The food was ok. I would stay in the hotel again but wouldn't book the breakfast option.

Cannot beat the location! The restaurant on the ground floor is a bonus, handy for first-thing-in-the-morning lattes. Our friends were on floor 2 in the corner room, above the hotel entrance - we thought it would be noisy at night, but with the window closed they heard nothing. Very comfortable rooms, and great location. We also appreciated that there was a kettle and not a coffee pod machine. A fridge would have been appreciated to keep beer cold. Photo is the view from our fourth floor room.
It is pricey, but worth it for the location. We were sad there was no fridge to keep beers and some snacks cold.

Location is great. It's just 200mts from Brussels Central train station and Hilton, which is convenient while using Eurostar train and it is also the meeting point for tours booked on Getyourguide. It's 5mins from the Grand Place square. We were in Brussels for 2 days so we had left most of our luggage in Paris but if you have a lot of luggage then you'll have to manage it on your own for a few meters on cobblestone road since taxis are restricted to enter the street towards the hotel. Hotel staff was very pleasant. The room was good, bed and pillows were comfortable. The entrance to the hotel is through a cafe on the ground floor. We had a pleasant stay here.

The staff was amazing. I believe Julia and Ewa were the two front desk women who were so incredibly good to me. I got in very early in the morning and check in wasn't till later in the day. I was exhausted. They helped me with my luggage, my luggage locks, and made sure that I was comfortable until I could check in. They couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. They were able to get my room ready a little early so I had somewhere to go. The cafe downstairs is wonderful and I really enjoyed sitting in there having a hot chocolate and pastry. The food was very good and I also had dinner there that evening. Very fun and busy cafe. Casual, but nice, not stuffy. Good location.
The staff were so great, there was really nothing not to like.

It was conveniently located to many of the city’s main attractions.
A few hours after checking in the hallway filled with fumes and construction noise woke me. The hotel had a large painting project in the works and failed to tell me about it upon check in.

Loved everything! Beautiful old building, totally clean, renovated and modern rooms. Air conditioned and spotlessly clean. Wonderful shower The location is AMAZING!
