Love the location, only 5 mins walk from the Brussels Central train/ metro and a few minutes walk to the Grand Place, Pont dus Arts, and almost next door to Royal Galleries passage for shopping and dining .Staff were very friendly and helpful! The breakfast area is shared or serviced by Lloyd so had great breakfast there (Lloyd’s). Just be ready to walk ur luggage tru cobblestone street fr station as it is a pedestrian only area
Just one miscommunication or misunderstanding i think as we were having breakfast at Lloyd’s and were waiting, we walked over to the hotel’s breakfast area ang got orange juice and a croissant as i thought they were conplimentary as we did bot order fron the hotle menu. We were charged 15.00 euros for it even if we explained we were not aware as these were just laid out on the small buffet table they had. Did not change our positive opinion for the hotel as we even cancelled reservation on another hotel for our last day after going around Antwerp and Ghent to stay here prior to retuen flight

Perfect location. A short walk to Central Station and the Grand Market Square. Appreciated the extra elevator security with the key cards. And front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Coffee shop downstairs was a delightful plus. Great breakfast & incredible cappuccinos.
No washcloths-maybe that’s a local thing?

Comfy bed and good shower . Excellent location - easy walk to main city square and 5 mins or so to central station ( slightly uphill but pretty easy ) . A bit noisy from outside but couldn’t hear other guests so not too bad .
No small fridge in room so unable to keep a cool drink in room . No black tea teabags ( only green tea ) in both rooms and for breakfast. No milk in room for tea either ( only powdered sachets - yuk !)

The aircon in the room wasn't working on my first night there, and there was a heatwave. It was 82 inside. They could not provide me with a different room until the next day because the hotel was fully booked. They were apologetic and did offer a table fan.

Excellent Location for Grand place and Central Station.
Minor things like kettle not working properly but was sorted, air conditioning was a little hard to understand eg if you wanted it cool you had to put it on heat and turn the temperature setting down low.
