Amazing location and friendly staff! We really appreciated the umbrellas available for borrowing, since the wheater was cloudy and the rain came randomly during the day. The bed was big and very comfy, and the tea and coffee left in the room were a bonus (also the fridge, even tho we didn't use it).
The smell from the bathroom was quite bad :( It smelled like sewage no matter how long we aired the bathroom. It was fine for two nights, that's why we didn't even bother to mention it to the staff. For a longer stay tho, it's something that needs to be solved.

The lift is small, can barely hold 3 persons in all.

Very good location and easily accessible by public transport. Comfy bed.
Very Small lift (one person at a time) not suitable for wheel chair, Breakfast option is very minimal. Shower area is small.

VERY kind and helpful staff at the reception! The location is very good: close enough to the busy high street, but still very quiet.
The room was a bit small, but the main problem was the lack of electrical sockets in the room. The is practically only one, which I had to use for my computer/phone/water cooker.

Wonderful
I loved that the hotel was located within a walking distance from the European Commission. That made my stay very easy. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and went an extra mile when I had a special request. The breakfast was really very nice, especially given the price. A comfy 3* stay in the center of everything.
The room is really small. But the bed was comfortable and nothing essential was missing!
