The interior is old, very used. The bathroom was clean, but the room needed a good clean. Very high price for the offered quality.

Location was fine for where I was working
So many things were poor. It was shabby, the curtains in my room were dirty, the TV did not work, the shower was little more than a trickle. There was also a school trip staying at the hotel, many young girls running up and down the corridor, shouting, screaming and banging doors. I was on a TEAMS call in my room and my colleagues heard the noise. I wanted to leave but was refused a refund even though this was not an acceptable standard. It is not a hotel for use by a business traveller. It is aimed at school trips and back-packets even though I paid ,294 euros. It's not even worth 100 euros, don't go there. If you are on business go to the excellent Moxy in same area and price range

Breakfast was very nice, service was nice and friendly. Location was fine, a short walk to access the city centre and near metro stop to get to Brussels Midi train station.
The route to the room from the front desk is convoluted.

It’s very nice hotel in the center of city! Amazing breakfast with warm meal and excellent coffee. Also they have coffe machine at the reception with free drinks.

I booked the small single room. There was plenty of space for my needs. It was bright, airy, and clean. There was an electrical outlet to charge my iPhone at night and the WiFi was fine. The breakfast buffet was good. The water is fine for drinking or filling your water bottle. It is a good location. The staff was cheerful. There were two pillows on the bed, two different sizes.
I do not remember hooks for clothing on the walls in either the room or the bathroom area. The bed covering was a heavy comforter, without a top sheet, as is very common now. I like to have a top sheet, because sometimes the heavy comforter get too hot at night. Only on Saturday night, I could feel the vibrations from nearby discos and racing cars, but with ear plugs this was not a problem. Every other night was quiet. I hit my head on the wall mounted television several times, because it was over the luggage cradle.

Rooms are somewhat small, and a bit old. Fine for 1 night or so. Ok breakfast but coffee machine had some issues. Very tiny elevator.

The hotel has a great location, just a short walk from the historical centre, which makes it very convenient for sightseeing. The rooms are cosy, well designed, and equipped with a fridge and kettle, adding extra comfort. Reception staff were helpful and welcoming, and I really appreciated the free tea, coffee, and snacks available throughout the day. The breakfast buffet was good, with a selection of both warm and cold options, various pastries and fruits.
