- excellent staff service, very kind and helpful. All issues were resolved quickly - working AirConditioner (AC) - good breakfast, ham/chees/scrambled eggs, juice+coffee - excellent location if you arrived from Midi-Sud railway station. 10 minutes by metro + 5 minutes by food - 15 minutes by foot to king's palace, 30 minutes to Grand-Place - there are a lot of shops in Ixelles district + Louise - area was comfort enough, no worries at late arrival
- very small elevators (it is old building)

Location was great! It was pretty clean. I had most what I needed. The bed was comfortable.
There was no soap at the sink, there was only 1 plug for a fridge, a kettle, a table lamp. There was another one at a bed, and a third one in a bathroom. So it was challenging to use devices I needed using these 3 plugs. I read great reviews of the breakfast, but I think it was good if you are in a rush and don't have time to explore options outside.

All the things about the property were amazing. The staff, amenities, cleanliness and especially breakfast and location of property were great.

breakfast was very good , but not a lot of options there was a problem with the lights in the restrooms and I forgot to complain , the hotel noticed the problem and gave me the breakfast for free as a compensation. thats very good service !
hotel public areas need some refresh , but its not something horrible

The staff attitude towards customer is outstanding they are really helpful with smiling face..
Specially Mr Theo and Mr Yaseen both are wonderful guys and both are really sweet and professionals.
The place is very neat and clean with peaceful neighbourhood near by the train station..
We really enjoyed our stay at there and will definitely visit soon in sha Allah
There is nothing there for dislike except the elevator is small but ok..
