The room was exceptionally clean and newly renovated, so great.
The hotel is under reconstruction. Entrance and lobby are non existent. All construction works happening on the site. We booked 3 rooms, and in all of them, the bathroom smell indicates possible sewage issues.

The location is very good. Next to louise metro. Many brand shops restaurants and supermarket. Everything within few minuets walking. The room is clean and cosy with ac and tea coffee. Staff is the best thing in this stay. Thank you Yassen and the other two ladies.
The construction and fixings in the lobby and ground floor. The room is smaller than expected. The sound of men working all day time.

The location is good and near the metro station and close to the central and close to downtown.
There is a aome modification inside the hotel and no one mentioned that, also the elevator is very small it’s only space for one person, and because of the modifications there was no electricity and I slept whole night without electricity

Amazing location and friendly staff! We really appreciated the umbrellas available for borrowing, since the wheater was cloudy and the rain came randomly during the day. The bed was big and very comfy, and the tea and coffee left in the room were a bonus (also the fridge, even tho we didn't use it).
The smell from the bathroom was quite bad :( It smelled like sewage no matter how long we aired the bathroom. It was fine for two nights, that's why we didn't even bother to mention it to the staff. For a longer stay tho, it's something that needs to be solved.

The lift is small, can barely hold 3 persons in all.
