Location close to city center, metro station and main street with lots of shops, but quiet. Good breakfast. Fast wifi. Helpful and friendly staff.
The street in front of the hotel looks a bit unpleasant, but it’s nice once you’re inside. Despite the surroundings, I didn’t feel unsafe.

The interior design is surprising and welcoming in a quite "regular" street. Rooms are very quiet with everything you need inside; staff at reception and breakfast was very friendly and helpful; breakfast buffet with good variety and lots of fresh fruits, free coffee/tea/water throughout the day. Location is walking distance to the city center, also lots of restaurants nearby. Metro around the corner, Brussel-Midi station reachable in about 12 minutes.
The bathroom door system has this little gap, that makes the "sound privacy" a little bit less ;-)
Maybe necessary to keep the humidity under control, since the bathrooms don't have a window. But all manageable - just good to know to look for arrangements if you travel with a "not so close person"

Property was conveniently located closer to restaurants and shopping centres. The staff were helpful and friendly. Helped us with storing the baggage after checkout as well.
The towels and the bed spreads weren’t clean as we expected, scary about contracting bug bites . The toilet door was squeaky.

Very clean and comfortable bed, lovely staff, good breakfast and strategic position to get basically anywhere by walking or with public transport. Free hot beverage and snacks at the entrance.
Shower and sink drain a bit slow. Some body lotion would have been appreciated in the room equipment. Other than that nothing concerning!

The 24/7 free coffee + pastries + fruits + chocolates were really great! The place is really well maintained and the location is great as well. Not too touristy area yet within walking distance to the main attractions. Staff is great.
Housekeeping is very early in the morning around 10am, so you have to put the dnd sign up and then remove it when you leave. Just a slight inconvenient.

The rooms have everything you need, including a large, comfortable bed; they are clean and stylish. A delicious breakfast with a variety of dishes, vegetables, fruits, and more. The hotel lobby offers free water, drinks, and snacks (candy, nuts). Friendly staff. The hotel is located close to the city center, with a supermarket and McDonald’s right next door. We were extremely satisfied.

Everything. Staff is super kind, great breakfast, great taste when it comes to the interior.
The street is bit very reassuring, but the area is great and the hotel itself as well. So the bit unpleasant part of walking there takes about 2 minutes.
