Perfectly clean and modernly equipped room, professional and helpful staff, good breakfast. The hotel is in an excellent and safe location near metro station, and the city center is within walking distance. Coffee, tea and water are always available in the hotel lobby.
There were no waffles for breakfast.

The hotel looks good. The location is amazing. Close to bus station and metro station(max3 mins walk). You have restaurants and shops at a maximum 10 mins walk. The bed was really comfy. I slept really well. The breakfast was amazing as well. We had scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, fruits, etc.
I would say that the bathroom needs a bit more cleaning because there were spots that were dirty.

The staff was very kind and professional, especially at the reception. The room was larger than expected, very quiet, and equipped with enough storage, comfortable bed and everything needed for a couple of days or a week's travel. Breakfast was great, nice selection of sweet and savoury, fruits and veggies. Complimentary drinks station in the lobby is a nice touch :) Would definitely recommend.

The room was quite big for a twin room, really quiet and clean. Breakfast was good and the location was excellent as the hotel is 5 minutes walk away from 2 metro lines that have good connections with other lines, so you get to all attractions within 40-45 minutes. Centre is walkable from the hotel.
The water pressure was quite weak, so your 10 minute shower takes 20 minutes and I don't know if it was in our room only, or other rooms had the same issue.

Staff are so helpful and friendy we arrive at 8:30 AM and the do the check in for us so we shouldnt wait until 15:00 , the room and toleta of the room is so clean , there is free coffe and tea and snacks available and its awesome in total

Location was great and the price/quality ratio made me choose this place again. I did not eat the hotel breakfasts though have heard stories from colleagues who stayed in the same hotel that the food there was great.

Very clean hotel with excellent rooms and a lovely, cozy lobby. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is great — although the street itself doesn’t look particularly appealing, you are just a 3-minute walk from the city center. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay in Brussels.

Everything. But in particular, the availability of fresh water that you can take with you for the night, the coffee machine, and refreshments for free in the lobby. The breakfast is very good, the only minor comment is that I did not find any yoghurt.

Breakfast is exceptional for price of hotel. Rooms even from the street are super quiet (it is tiny street) AND (!!) they have those solid shields that you can close so it is completely dark if it is important. Internet Speed is very good (over 50 mbps down/up. From outside hotel is not looking as nice as it is from inside. Next to reception desk there is coffee machine, tea, some snacks for guests for free, never used it - but I know I could. Some users complain on showers "leaking" - indeed there is no shower "door" so if someone is splashy floor can get wet - but it is enough to put one towel (there is abundance of them) on the floor and after shower just hang it inside shower to dry, problem solved. I stay in Bru often and if this hotel is available - It is always my first choice.
Coffee kind of sucks. But I'm super picky about that. Coffee is my "religion" so a machine that can make all kinds of coffee is never for me option. I would gladly pay in the morning for good cappuccino extra. But that is it.
