Extremely comfortable bed Good location, about 2 mins from the metro, Good priced and value for money, Has a fridge which was a bonus We loved everything
The only negative was probably that we got charged city tax again even though we had already paid it via booking.com And I would have preferred an English tea option rather than only herbal teas etc but that's just a little thing, everything else was perfect

Nice hotel in a perfect location for my purpose of visit in Brussels. Very friendly staff. Good breakfasts. Quite comfortable rooms. Just a few minor comments that do not change the opinion that the hotel is truly worth recommending.
There is only a very tiny desk/place for working in the room. In the evening, the room is dark, even if you turn on all available lights. The system for turning on/off the lights and powering the wall sockets is weird, always check that turning off the lights at night hasn't turned off the power in the socket which you are using for charging your laptop or phone!

Booked for a business trip. Very central. Friendly staff and includes all necessities for a comfortable stay.
Dim lights in the bedroom and bathroom. Needed more lighting.

The hotel is close to all current events, the cleanliness of the hotel and the room is exceptional. The staff is very helpful and self-effacing. Many thanks and praise for the free consumption of coffee, tea, fruit in the lobby. The breakfast is varied, fresh and very tasty.
I know it's not healthy, but please design a place for smoking.
