Hotel and location are pretty good. The room was clean. I appreciate the complimentary tea and candies. Breakfast was acceptable, and the staff were friendly and quick to help with any issues. We had an early departure, and they kindly prepared a breakfast box.
The bathroom shower screen/rail doesn’t seal properly, so water leaks out and caused a small flood after the shower.

The room had a really bad smell ! No fridge and also the breakfast was awful ! There was not too many choices

The staff was great and helped us in so many ways. The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet. The location was within an easy walk to the Metro.
The only negative was the small Belgian waffles which seemed frozen so they were dense and not tasty.

I had a lovely stay the hotel was in a perfect location, close to everything and easy to explore the city on foot. What really stood out, though, was the staff: every single person was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. That level of warmth and attentiveness is truly remarkable and made all the difference. A special thank you as well for the delicious takeaway breakfast you prepared for my early 5am checkout - such a thoughtful touch that I really appreciated. Highly recommend and would love to come back!

Perfect central location and friendly staff The hotel is conveniently located near both the bus and metro, right in the city center. All the shops you might need are nearby, including shopping areas. The staff were very helpful and friendly, which made the stay even more pleasant.

Poor breakfast No cold water in the shower, no water in the toilet, the first night. It was fixed the next day. The neighbourhood looks dangerous in the night
