Breakfast is amazing. Hotel is very clean and cozy. Staff is exceptionally polite and helpful.
The location of the hotel is generally very good, close to metro, bus station and fairly central. But the street in which the hotel is located is very dirty and almost always empty. This is of course outside the hotel's abilities to fix, but that is just one thing that felt uncomfortable - reaching the hotel itself.

Absolutely nothing. The only Good thing was leaving.
Upon checking into my room, I immediately discovered a used dental flosser on the bathroom floor. This was highly unhygienic and raised serious concerns about the cleanliness of the room before my arrival. The shower was completely unacceptable. The shower head was absolutely filthy, and, more importantly, many of the nozzles were broken, causing water to spray in every direction rather than into the shower. As a result, water flooded the bathroom floor. The situation became so dangerous that I slipped on the wet floor and banged my head. This was an entirely avoidable health and safety risk caused by poor maintenance. I strongly recommended that this shower is repaired immediately before another guest is injured. The hotel then denied this was the case, I asked them to send a video to prove otherwise, but of course they then ignore me. They are simply lying. The room itself was also unbearably hot, making it very uncomfortable to relax or sleep during my stay. In addition, I removed the “Do Not Disturb” sign specifically so that housekeeping could enter and replace our towels. Despite this, the towels were never changed, which was another example of the poor level of service we experienced. Overall, my stay was unacceptable. The issues I encountered included poor cleanliness, inadequate maintenance, a serious safety hazard, and substandard housekeeping. This is not the level of accommodation or service that any guest should receive. Lastly the area the hotel was located in was horrific, the street was absolutely disgusting, with rubbish graffiti and homeless people. I’d recommend no one to stay in this part of town, especially women by themselves.

My room was located on the ground floor, next to the lobby. I couldn’t fall asleep until 1:30 a.m. because of the loud music coming from the reception area, as well as guests talking and laughing loudly. I called the reception to explain that it was impossible to sleep because of the noise, but the receptionist (a man) was rude and dismissive. He told me that he couldn’t make people stop talking. Of course he could—it was 1:00 a.m. There should be quiet hours at that time of night. The level of noise was completely unacceptable for a hotel. The hairdryer is from 90s. Piece of plastic which gets very hot when using long.

I spent three nights at the hotel, having travelled for work, attending a conference at the Palais des Academies. The reception staff was very friendly, and the twin room I stayed in was just the thing I needed: quiet and clean room, very comfortable bed, with two pillow options (a flatter one and a fluffier one). I particularly liked the fact that the room had a long desk against one of the walls, with two wall plugs available so as to charge both the laptop and my mobile phone while working. The breakfast was very good and I enjoyed the fact that there are a water dispenser (with cold, room temperature and sparkly water options) and a coffee machine available for free, 24/7, in the hotel lobby. The hotel is placed at about 20 min walking distance from the Grand Place area and 10-12 minutes from the Palais Royal de Bruxelles and Palais des Academies, so this made it a good choice of location for my stay. There are plenty of restaurants around and a Carrefour Express is 3 min walking distance away.

* From the subway station you need to walk through an alley to the hotel; we saw some shady people one was doing drugs in broad daylight... but when we got back after the concert it was fine luckily.

Good location, very central, walking distance to the museum, and central station. Rooms are good. toilet excelent. Blinds in the windows make the room dark, thats fantastic.
