Very clean, comfortable room, amazing bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is great for public transport, as well as if you want to walk to all the central areas. Would definitely come back again.

Very friendly staff, great design, excellent location (quiet, but central), comfortable bed and pillows, attention to carbon footprint, reception area equipped with coffee, water and other essentials - very useful and convenient.
Even though I had an upgrade in the room, it was still rather crowded.

The hotel is very comfortable, with coffee and snacks in the lobby. The staff was very kind to loan me an umbrella as it was raining that day.
I was in the basement room so the wifi was very bad. The hotel has an entrance in a bit of empty side road, and I was not very comfortable walking alone at night.

The stay was fairly satisfactory. The room was on the smaller side but sufficient for a comfortable stay, with the necessary amenities provided. The location was convenient and fairly central, with metro and bus connections approximately 5–10 minutes away on foot. Despite its central location, the hotel was relatively quiet. Had read reviews suggesting that the route leading to the hotel was unsafe, but I found it safe, with no homeless people around. It is simply a somewhat isolated back alley. Cleanliness was acceptable. While bottled water was not provided in the room, water and snacks were available at reception, which was a nice touch. Did not opt for breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. Overall, it was a decent stay, offering the basic comforts and convenience expected of a hotel, particularly for a short city visit.
The room is small but sufficient for a short stay.

Window shields!! You can close those and it is immediately more quiet and no city light goes in during the night. For me it is critical. This is reason I'm returning to this hotel.
Shower without door....I know it is hotel and I'm not obliged to clean the room - but I feel sorry for hotel maids. Simple glass door on hinges would solve problem.

Staff was nice.
Toilet didn't flush, seemed like there was no water. Figured this out very late so didn't want to go have it fixed in the middle of the night so I tried to just put a lot of water in.

The hotel's breakfast was reasonable, and the staff were helpful.
I would have expected the hotel's location to be safer; there was no soundproofing in the rooms, and almost all the noise from the street could be heard inside. Cleaning was done upon request, but it was not sufficient.
