I was solo travelling and was quite skeptical about my first solo trip. Hotel Aqua was the perfect fit for me, helpful staff, needed my privacy and I got just that. Was quiet but within minutes you’re at the station and in the middle of the city. Really loved the location and ambience.

Breakfast is amazing. Hotel is very clean and cozy. Staff is exceptionally polite and helpful.
The location of the hotel is generally very good, close to metro, bus station and fairly central. But the street in which the hotel is located is very dirty and almost always empty. This is of course outside the hotel's abilities to fix, but that is just one thing that felt uncomfortable - reaching the hotel itself.

* From the subway station you need to walk through an alley to the hotel; we saw some shady people one was doing drugs in broad daylight... but when we got back after the concert it was fine luckily.

Good location, very central, walking distance to the museum, and central station. Rooms are good. toilet excelent. Blinds in the windows make the room dark, thats fantastic.

Excellent location, near metro and just a 20 minute walk from the Grand Place. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast had a good variety and everything was delicious. The coffee machine at the reception was a great bonus. The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful.

Staff was helpful and friendly, lobby area was nice. However, there was no hook in the bathroom to hang a towel, nor a small shelf near the sink, it was a bit inconvenient to place personal items.

If you are traveling during the summer, I highly recommend this place. They have really good air conditioning, free cold water, and nice comfy rooms. I actually forgot where I was when I woke up which is the sign of a super comfortable hotel room!
Nothing that would make me not stay here again. I was in the basement, but I didn’t mind the lack of view.

very friendly staff, coffee corner opened for free alll day, nice for leisure or business. you need to walk few minutes to the city center, but it is not far.
it was impossible to find without a GPS. it is a side street and signboard is not easy to see. to reach the place from the train station you need a Taxi, at least 15 Euro

Location close to city center, metro station and main street with lots of shops, but quiet. Good breakfast. Fast wifi. Helpful and friendly staff.
The street in front of the hotel looks a bit unpleasant, but it’s nice once you’re inside. Despite the surroundings, I didn’t feel unsafe.

Smart hotel tucked away in a funny little baskstreet but super easy to get to all the sights and only four stops from the Eurostar.
