This was a lovely apartment in a fantastic location, perfect for exploring the beautiful city of Brussels. We especially loved the unique loft-style bedroom, which added charm and character to the space, and the spacious living room. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and offering great local tips. The apartment was well-equipped and comfortable, and the price felt fair for the quality and convenience offered. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we’d happily return
One thing to note is that there are quite a few stairs to reach the apartment—they're steep and narrow, which can be a bit tricky with luggage. However, they were manageable, and the apartment was absolutely worth the climb.

The property is ideally located in the city center, within walking distance of major tourist attractions. The shower has excellent water pressure
I wasn’t lucky with the guests in the other apartments, the walls are really thin, and I could hear everything, which made it really hard to sleep. The mattresses weren’t very comfortable either.

Location was good as it is close to the public transport but it was very difficult to find the appartment as there were no proper signs..

The stairs were toooo narrow for big luggages and we had a tough time carrying the suitcases upto the 3rd floor. The stairs were much narrower than shown in pictures.
Not recommended for people having many luggages or big suitcase

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Brussels, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment was comfortable and well-suited for a short stay.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift, so be prepared for a bit of a climb, especially with luggage.

It’s disappointing to see the property trying to deflect rather than addressing the serious issues raised. My review was based on firsthand experience, not assumptions. If the place is in such bad condition, it’s the property’s responsibility to ensure cleanliness and maintenance before the next guests arrive.
Instead of accusing guests, the management should focus on improving basic hygiene, safety, and hospitality. The fact that I’m not the only one raising concerns should be enough reason to take these complaints seriously. Blaming guests and making excuses only shows a lack of accountability.
To clarify, we packed all our trash neatly into four 6-litre bags and even asked the lady in charge where we should dispose of it. No linen was covered in paint—stop lying. In fact, the bedsheets already had stains when we arrived, and we have photos as proof. Everything we touched was covered in oil and sauce, not because of us, but because the apartment was filthy from the start. We had to eat at the dining table because every other sitting area was too dirty to use.
I’m glad you aired out the apartment for two days—the smell of Indian cuisine is far better than the overwhelming pee smell all over the house and stairs.
I am also glad you noticed that our smiles vanished as we saw your terrible apartment. You gave an additional apartment!! You gave a small space in your son’s apartment to our pregnant friend to keep her suitcase, as she couldn’t carry it to the 4th floor! You made it very clear to her that she couldn’t even touch or use the bathroom if needed, and you would check through the camera. We never entered the apartment before paying you!

AppartBrussels Should Be Shut Down – Unsafe & Disgusting!
Nothing about this place is as advertised. Everything stinks, and there are no proper facilities. The entire toilet unit was broken and moved every time we used it—completely unsanitary and unsafe. The shower barely worked, and the showerhead was broken, making it almost impossible to bathe properly. No toiletries were provided, which is unacceptable for a hotel apartment.
The bedsheets were stained, and the carpet was horribly dirty, making the whole place feel filthy and unhygienic. One of the bedrooms had large glass windows with no curtains or shutters, making it impossible to sleep once the sun was up. There was also no heating in the bedrooms, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. Mind you, we were traveling with two toddlers and a pregnant woman, and this just added to the discomfort.
The bed leg was about to break, and the TV stand was already broken, showing how poorly maintained everything was. The so-called bedrooms are just structures to sleep in, but they are extremely dangerous for kids, as they can easily fall. Carrying luggage to the bedroom is impossible, and even getting luggage into the apartment itself is a nightmare since it’s located on the fourth floor with no proper access.
On top of all this, the lady in charge was unbelievably rude, telling us we were “lucky” to have gotten the place—when in reality, no one should have to stay in such horrible conditions.
I strongly urge the Brussels authorities to inspect and declare this place unsafe and illegal. Do not stay here!

The location was perfect for me, close to the place I had to attend my meetings. Also very close to the Brussels North train station, so easy to reach when coming from the airport. The metro station is at 3 minutes walk, and also a large shopping center, with many choices for eating. The apartment was big enough, and overall well equipped. The wifi was very good. The communication with the host was very smooth, and it was easy to pick up the key.
The noise from the street was particularly disturbing at night. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, which makes it difficult to carry heavy luggage.

- chairs and couch very old and seemed not clean
- our sleeping room was invaded by some mosquitos which probably entered from the open window, and bit us until we left although we fought with them.
- bathroom within the sleeping room was not convenient if you are more then 2 persons.
- the room was not as the one i had booked or at least not like in the pictures i had in my booking
