Exceptional
The staff was very friendly. Explained is everything and helped discovering the city.
Overall I'm satisfied with this experience.
I would expect the shower gel and maybe the towels to be changed. Other than that, everything was fine.

It was conveniently placed
We on booking asked for 2 beds. Lin arrival we had one. When questioned about it, we got told we should have asked. I showed them proof. They then wanted another 40 euros to cater for us.
We also had to contact the police, as at 9:45pm the manager thought it was ok, to access the apartment whilst we were sleeping. 2 females alone. We did contact booking.com and were promised a reply within 24 hours and have heard nothing, nearly a week later.

Very near in the center, supermarket and Metro.
Location is great.
The bed is very noisy.
Amount of water in faucet was very slow.
Maybe, they can add more items in the kitchen like tissues.

We loved how spacious Elvira's apartment was and appreciated the amenities. Cute space with nice balcony view and great central location to shops, eateries and metro. Beware of stairs but not an issue for us. We also forgot our travel documents and Elvira was kind enough to message us and took care of it. Thank you!!
Small shower cubicle however not a big issue for a short stay.

Great location, lots of amenities around the area, such as grocery stores, bakery, corner stores, metro station, restaurants and more. It's on a very convenient location that will allow you to get anywhere you want to in a timely fashion.

Location was good and there was a good amount of room.
The stairs to the apartment were very narrow, thin and steep - difficult to navigate, especially with luggage.
It was ok but fwlt like it needed a thorough clean - like it had been spot cleaned without a good clean for a while. There were some rusted/ corroded parts, mainly in the bathroom.

Nice and clean basic apartment with standard facilities. The location is very good.
BE AWARE OF THE STAIRS! This wasnt a dealbreaker for us but we were still surprised how much strenght it took to climb up the stairs daily.

Wonderful
We spent just 3 nights in the apartment and I definitely recommend it, especially because of its location in the very centre area, close to the Grand Place, but in a bit more quiet part. The apartment was cosy and had everything what we needed for such stay: comfortable beds, kitchen with coffee machine and kettle, nice bathroom. Maybe the view from the window could be better, but we didn't go to Brussels for sitting in a room and watching through the window. This apartment was excellent for our short stay, we enjoyed it.
I would like to have a few tea bags or coffee in the kitchen to drink upon arrival, but it wasn't a big issue as there was a small shop nearby.

Staff was really helpful and trying to accommodate all my needs.
Location is very comfortable - only meters away from metro station and largest bus stop with buses to everywhere.
In the middle of the centre of the city - plenty of places to eat.
The apartment was clean and tidy, really large enough for a family of 4 - 6 people. All facilities available.
It is not that I disliked it, but maybe stairs (both to the appartment and inside it) can be challenging for elderly people and families with small kids.
