Perfect location between Forest-Est station (1 stop from Brussel-Zuid in 5 min) and concert venue. Not directly on the street curb so it was pretty quiet. Supermarket also next to Forest Theater. Cute apartment with everything you need. Clear instructions for the key. We didn't see our host but they answered quickly to our message.

Spacious, beautiful rooms, very clean, easy to check in.
Minor issues not important for short stay:
Strange lightning in bathroom (you need pass entire bathroom to find switch of lamps in the corners). There were periods when water pressure in bathtub was very low.

Spacious, elegantly furnished and very clean. Could have stayed a whole week.
Finding light switches and couldn't get the kettle to work for much needed coffee.

Really cozy place, all the commodities you'll want for 2 people.
the bedroom is in the back of the apartment so it's really silent by night, the Host is really helpful.
Pretty good access to transportation, you can go to brussels center by bus, tram or train (10mins).

Perfect location for the Forest venue. Clean, spacious and homely.
My only gripe was the fire alarm battery sensor beeped every 15 minutes or so throughout the night. Elise did confirm she had a battery on the way and apologised.

The whole appartment is perfect. It's a big place that makes it feel "home away from home". We could park our car just in front of the appartment. Ofcourse parking fees are not cheap as you are in Brussels. About 400 m walk, you can get the train from Vorst Oost (Forest est) to Brussel centraal - takes about 10 minutes. We were there for a concert at Forest National, and that is about 200 m walk from the apartment. So if you are attending a concert at this place, I much recommend you book this appartment.
