Very Good
Our host was very helpful and explained everything we needed to know. The room was spacious with lots of seating, cupboard and hanging space. Very close to the train station, laundromat, cafes and some restaurants.
For those with mobility issues, the room was up a a steep flight of stairs.

Excellent reception, great facilities, very comfortable bed. It is very close to the Zuid / Midi station, which was very praticle. But the way to the apartment doesnt feel very safe for lone travelers and women. Although nothing bad happened to my stay.

The location is few steps from the midi station which is great thing.
Close to the place is a bar, bcacuse of which there too many scary people hanging around, which do nothing to you but it just throws you off.

We were very happy with the stay at Apartment Midi - it is just steps from the train station (and also local trams & buses) so it's very easy to get into the heart of the city if you don't wish to walk. The breakfast provided (for you to make yourself) is very generous, with eggs, cheese, yoghurt, sliced cold meat, milk, coffee & tea, fresh fruit and fresh bread. The apartment was spacious and well equipped.
There was nothing bad about the place.

Close to Midi station. Bright room, large bed, plenty of food in fridge, like cheese, ham, eggs. Probably better for longer stays.
Steep steps, very small bathroom, terrible coffee maker that makes terrible coffee. Didn’t like that we couldn’t go back to the room after our early train was cancelled as we were told to leave the key in the room and the main door locks behind.

Conveniently located near Brussels midi train station. Very comfortable and great breakfast. Artur was also very nice the whole stay. I was able to store my luggage the day I departed
Room was at the top floor with no lift. Not a real issue since this gives character to the property, but something to consider if you are carrying heavy luggage

Unfortunately my review is NOT for this apartment as they moved me to another apartment due to a 'system reservation error' which was TERRIBLE. They did compensate me 20%. The kitchen on the ground floor (I was on the 4th floor) was a fully useable kitchen with dinning area.
With regards to the other apartment they arranged for me due to a 'system reservation error' was TERRIBLE. Half the size of the apartment I reserved with NO kitchen, usable desk, lounge. Cannot recommend due to the unequal value and size of change if they do have another 'system reservation error'.

Property was well maintained and had all we needed. Evenings were busy so it was a bit noisy, however the bed was comfortable. Refrigerator was stocked and we got fresh bread every morning .

Artur met us as we arrived and gave us a detailed explaination on using the facilities. He dropped of beautiful, fresh bread rolls every morning, with fruit and waffles/chocolates, and serviced the room for us. We will be staying at Aparthotel Midi Residence again.

The room was specious, and clean with option for self catering. Breakfast was provided by means of a well stocked fridge with a fair selection of items. Bread rolls and a small selection of fruits were delivered to the room in the following morning. A very nice stay and a good location not far from Brussels-Midi Station. Although somewhat difficult to locate initially.
N/A room and facilities on offer exceeded our expectations.

The host had great communication before our stay and was there when we arrived. Just one block back from Midi train station. He was friendly and helpful. The apartment is up stairs but he helped with luggage. The apartment is new, large, fresh and clean. Bed was so comfortable and great pillows. I loved we had blinds and windows we could open. The food in the fridge was outstanding with a huge range plus you got fresh bread at your door each morning at 7 plus a daily chocolate treat. There was meat, fruit, cheese, eggs, jams, honey, Nutella, milk, butter and water. A great coffee machine and super good shower. There is also a great castle to explore at the end of the road. There was a washer and dryer in the basement to use also. The area is a little rough so is the train station but we had no problems just kept our eyes out Like any city. So handy having the train station so close and we went out daily. On checkout day we left early we booked a Bolt directly to airport and took 15mins. Super handy location to explore Brussels. Would highly recommend this place. Our room was freshened up daily.

Spacious, clean, comfortable bed, good shower. Artur was welcoming and helpful. There was a variety of breakfast items in the fridge, and fresh bread and fruit were delivered in the morning. We liked the proximity to Brussel Zuid station and St Gilles for somewhere to eat.
Nothing, but a small pan for boiling one egg would have been useful.
