The room was very comfortable with a good-quality bed.The bathroom and shower were in excellent condition. The location was great — within walking distance of Brussels’ main attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful

The only valuable was the staff specially the reception clerks. They were all very helpful during our stay
The wasn’t air extractor over the stove, we have to open the window while cooking. It didn’t have a dishwasher and cutlery was in clothing closet.

Wonderful
It is a new hotel, overal very clean and close to Brussel Midi, so it is very good when you need to take a train early in the morning. Walking distance to the transtation.
When we checked in at 4 pm, we still had to wait a little bit till the room was ready. The cleaning team forgot to empty the trash.

spacious apartment, the beds are comfy, the location is ok, walkable.
they did not provide basic bath and body gel, the layout of the shower area is not friendly and slippery (no anti slip mat provided) when it is wet. my travel mate (young adult) fell down in the shower tub ( the shower area comes in a tub with awkward entry point). the kitchen is in bad state, the kettle with a lot precipitation at the bottom, the stove is in a bad shape.

The room was clean and the staff very accommodating and understanding.
I wish they would reconsider the check-in and check-out times to be more flexible for International travellers. A 3pm check-in time for someone who flew 11 hours overnight and arrives at 11am is tiring. That person just wants to check-in and probably relax in the room.
Also, cleaning services at no cost should be available if you stay 2 nights or more.
They should also include extra blankets in the room. It can get chilly during the seasonal change.
