I was quite disappointed with my stay. The room was not properly clean when I arrived... I found hair on the bed and in the bathroom. The toilet was only moderately clean, which was not acceptable, not as shown on the pict.
The comfort level was also very poor. You can clearly hear people in the next room/walking in the hallway, as well as vehicles and people talking outside. The noise made it very uncomfortable and difficult to relax - i had bad sleep from staying here.

During my stay, the fire alarm WENT OFF several times, including early in the morning. It kept ringing repeatedly and would not stop. I was unable to sleep. The situation was handled very poorly, and the staff were not helpful at all.
In addition, the breakfast area was very cramped and overcrowded, which made the experience unpleasant.

Simple but great. Modern, very clean and comfortable, well located for central and government areas. Apartment hotel with small minimart in the lobby. Friendly & efficient check in and out 24 hours. Would recommend and use again.

I stayed here for 2 weeks. Overall stay was comfortable, reception was accomodating, essentials were provided considering it is an aparthotel. The room is clean and tidy, heater and aircon is working properly.
The light sensor at the 7th floor takes some minutes to light-up so it was really dark in the hallway.

Great location, walkable distance to city centre and European parliament. Grocery shops and public transport are nearby. There is a small kitchenette in the room to make breakfast.
The room was clean and there is an outside balcony/terrace, but we travelled in autumn, so didn't use it.
There was a coffee machine, but no coffee or filters - would have taken from home if I knew that. And no salt, pepper or any spices, so take them with you if you travel for a couple of days like we did.

The only valuable was the staff specially the reception clerks. They were all very helpful during our stay
The wasn’t air extractor over the stove, we have to open the window while cooking. It didn’t have a dishwasher and cutlery was in clothing closet.

It is a new hotel, overal very clean and close to Brussel Midi, so it is very good when you need to take a train early in the morning. Walking distance to the transtation.
When we checked in at 4 pm, we still had to wait a little bit till the room was ready. The cleaning team forgot to empty the trash.
