Very nice hotel, better than other 4 or 5 stars hotels. Excelent cleaning, nice staff, 30 min walking distance from the Grand Place and 7 min from the European Parliament.

Robe and slippers. They also provide toothcare kits without amy problems. Clean, spacious Beautiful. And moderately (but not completely silent)
The teapot was breaking apart right in my hands. Really needs an update. The tv makes cheeping sounds when off (had to unplug it from the socket). The blinking fire alarm freaks me out everywhere, and here too.

The reception and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The laundry service offered great value for money. Although the rooms do not come equipped with cutlery and kitchen utensils, guests can borrow these from the kitchen/breakfast area next to the reception. The coffee machine near the entrance was excellent and also a good value. The hotel’s location is ideal, being close to important sightseeing spots in the city and two metro stations. The views from the hotel were fantastic, and it was conveniently located near several restaurants, particularly excellent Middle Eastern eateries. The rooms were a good size with ample storage space. The bathroom and shower facilities were also very good.

The room was silent with opaque curtains and a very large comfy bed ... so we slept extremely well !
The shower : It was difficult to get water at the right temperature. Sometimes too hot, sometimes too cold ... but we managed nevertheless !
