Location was great - very convenient to business meetings, and bars and restaurants. Spacious room.

Located in the "EU" center, not far from the airport bus station and other public transportation, could be a place to harbor your visit to Brussels. Good buffet breakfast, large rooms, kettle with coffee and tea, bottled water in the room.
Nice weather, but does not relate to the hotel :).

Extremely well-located, close to the city-centre, bus&train stations, the staff was very friendly and the facilities were quite nice. The room was cleaned daily, it had everything you may need - fridge, toiletries, complimentary water etc. Very nice view from the window, as well (we stayed on the 8th floor)!

Everything - the location is in European area. The room was clean and big. The bathroom was big too and comfortable. The bed was verycomfortable. The staff was extremely kindness.

Very nice hotel, better than other 4 or 5 stars hotels. Excelent cleaning, nice staff, 30 min walking distance from the Grand Place and 7 min from the European Parliament.

The teapot was breaking apart right in my hands. Really needs an update. The tv makes cheeping sounds when off (had to unplug it from the socket).
The blinking fire alarm freaks me out everywhere, and here too.
