The staff was excellent from the get go, so welcoming and polite. The place has a young vibe without being party central at all! The rooms are so spacious, nice and comfortable. Obsessed with the toiletries, as I’m Portuguese and just smells like home. I wish I could have bought some to take home to UK. Overall it served us very well and we hope to try more Pestana hotels in the future.

I loved the atmosphere of when you walk into the lobby! It’s got such a good vibe! The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Our room was amazing. I haven’t slept that well in months. I give this place an A++++ to stay. You won’t be disappointed. The location was perfect. We spent most of our day going to the House of European History. It was so fascinating and it was FREE!
Only thing I didn’t like was that there was no microwave in our room.
