Location is close to Brussels Central Train Station and city centre.
My room is close to the restaurant which would open until 1:00 a.m. The room was so noisy.

Room was great. Great location and very friendly staff. Stayed there at possibly the height of the heat and the AC was a perfect getaway when needing a break.

The clerks at the Reception Desk were friendly and helpful. They gave us directions to some of the main areas of interest. The guest room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was an easy walking distance to restaurants and several of the sights that we wanted to experience.
We needed a taxi to take us to the hotel and to pick us up to go to the train station. However, the taxis do not stop at the front door of the hotel, so guests must walk about a block when using a taxi to check-in or check-out. Although, this is not the fault of the Alma Grand Place Hotel, and it was not a big issue.

The staff on reception were very friendly. Hotel was in a great location for walking to many of the tourist sites and there were plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from in the vicinity.
Nothing really. The bathroom could be a danger so watch yourself with the shower.

The location is perfect. The room was spacious, clean and had a great view looking over the rooftops of Brussels. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our stay was very pleasant, we would definitely go back!
The bathrooms could be upgraded, but didn't effect our stay at all
