Best location, near station near attractions. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. In particular Ewa on our last day. The toiletries were gorgeous.
Tea in room was not an every day drinking tea and it was powdered milk which wasn't very nice.

Nice sized room. Very close to Grand Place yet very quiet
Faucet in bathroom gave out a spray instead of stream of water.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was a comfortable size and bed was nice. A very quiet location. Easy to walk to tours etc., that we took. Lots of places in the area to eat at.
Breakfast was average. Hot food wasn't very hot. Not a lot of variety.

This hotel is centrally located so ideal to discover Brussels' city center but also other areas as it is close to the Central Stations and bus lines. The staff was nice to us. The rooms comfortable and quiet.

The location is wonderful and the staff is very helpful and suggestions for food and places by staff were amazing.

Great location, nice size room & bathroom. Although the bathroom was down a narrow, spiral staircase, so wouldnt suit everyone. Comfy bed.

A charming little hotel in an excellent location-everything is close by. It’s very easy to reach from the airport by train, and the hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from the station. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was the same every morning - a bit more variety would be appreciated.

Fantastic location just a stone's throw from the Grand Place. Great breakfast and staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and had everything we needed for our stay.
The bathroom was a little basic and could do with a bit of a refresh. The walls were also a tad thin so could hear other guests coming and going at times.
