I feel safe and the staff is very accomadating there are all helpfull like chloe and emmanuella if you asked for direction where it is , and place to go to eat they will recommend you. I will stay there again when im visiting brussel

The location is terrific. Perfect distance between the train station and the city center. Chloe at the main desk is a superstar. She handled a rush of check-in with patients and kindness and efficiency.
In our room, there was a Bansky of a girl shooting herself in the head. Management should look at the appropriateness of the art. Although it is mainly butterflies, the core concept is a suicide.

The location is close to everything i needed and wanted to see.
Not sure where the mixup was, but the room I booked through booking.com was a “superior queen room” that clearly showed access to the bathroom from the sleeping area. After checkin, the wonderful staff (honestly, she is the reason my score is not a complete zero-she was wonderful), I was only THEN told there was a STAIRCASE to the bathroom inside my room. When I went to look, the A/C was non-functional (in July) and this spiral staircase was steep, with a beam at the top. I would have slipped on the way down and smacked my head on the way up. Absolutely not. Fortunately, there was a room available at their sister hotel where the A/C was on full blast and I was given breakfast both days as a result of this crazy mixup. Staff at both hotels was top notch. My poor review is for the switch up.

The hotel was centrally located and the room was a decent size. There were toiletries available and tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

It was only 4 minutes walk from central station and right nearby a lot of the amazing sights from Brussels
The carpet has strange stains in it and we didnt like the bathroom at all. It was outdated and the tiles didnt look clean. In addition the shower curtain didnt look clean and definitely recommend getting rid of it and installing a screen or something. A curtain isnt too hygienic.

The hotel is situated along a quiet street in the grand place area, just a few minutes walk from the train station, which makes it an extremely convenient location to get to anywhere. There are lifts in the building, and nice touches like a map with restaurant/coffee/various recommendations available for reference. They also have a sister hotel - the Aris, which the helpful staff helped us with booking a last-minute stay at when we mixed up our booking dates.
We had opted to pay more for a Premium King room because we had wanted a bath tub in our room, but when we got there we were told that travellers book that specific room for the view (we were given a room on the 2nd floor so the only view we got was of the windows of the building next to us), and that the onus was on us because we had not indicated in our booking requirements that we had wanted a room with a bath tub. They clarified that not all Premium King rooms had a tub and that they would rectify this on the booking.com site for future travellers(the last I checked booking.com did not make the change), but the best they could do for us was to shift us to a Queen room with a bath tub the next day, when another guest had already checked out. While we took this offer up, the hotel management (that we did not get to speak with, bless the souls of the reception staff) made no further gestures of compensating us for the value that we had paid for but not gotten, the service recovery is quite lacking and leaves much to be desired, and for that I don't recommend this hotel.
