Location was good. Room was comfy. Very clean.
Staff more responsive. Dark - hard to see front door codes/locks. Not easy to use keys/codes to enter. Steep stairs, but that seems to be the norm in these older buildings.

Cecilia the host was so friendly, kind, and accommodating. We were able to drop off our luggage before check in and she checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed for our 4 night stay.
We loved the self serve breakfast every morning. Our room was extremely clean and the breakfast room was extremely clean and well organized. The decor of the breakfast/ lounge room and our room was very nice and thoughtful. We enjoyed our time at All in One and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Brussels.

Lovely comfortable guesthouse, in a good location near the railway station and city centre within walking distance. Lovely self service breakfast in a beautiful dining / sitting room. A friendly hostess allowed us to check in early and leave our bags. Highly recommend.

Location was excellent, 15 mins walk from Brussels Nord station, 15 mins walk from The Grande Place, just off the main shopping street, lots of nearby places to eat and drink. Communication before stay was excellent, and lady who met us to let,us in was very friendly and helpful. Room was huge, comfy bed and good shower. Do it yourself breakfast worked well with lots of choice.
Television in room didn't work. . There was an intermittent smell of drains.

Great location especially compared to price. The house interior is stylish, nice to be there. The room is big enough, heating works, warm water too :) I was alone there, so everything was more like self service (i.e. "take the breakfast from the fridge" :) ). Breakfast was simple, but ready for me every morning. Host was very kind lady, speaking French only (ok for me :) ).
The view from the window was inside the "small-block". There was no desk to work at in the room (I expect it would be possible to take my notebook to the dining room, as it is opened throughout the day).

It's actually a B&B right in the central highstreet of Brussels. Luckily it was soundproof which we appreciated very much. The hostess was very welcoming and explained everything upon arrival. Clean, modern and tidy. The location was very good if you have limited time in the city and want to be at the heart of it all. Also very near public transportation. The breakfast was self service with portions dedicated to each room. Overall very cozy, warm and beautiful interior, very quiet although very central.
Everything was perfect except the mattress which needs to be replaced immediately.

This hotel is like a small house, being run by a family. And everything in there made with good taste and quality. I want to mark especially the porcelain choices.

Location was great. And after the few notes below we fell in love with the place. Extremely beautiful modern huge kitchen.
The first hour I was stressed and thought I had made a big mistake booking there as we did not have information on where the parking was. I told the owner’s daughter to make sure they send those instructions if a customer requests parking. Then I freaked out as I found it difficult to open the front door so they should show you . But once you know how it becomes super easy. One room has only a bath tub with a shower head and they should advise the customer in the event they cannot climb into the beautiful antique style tub.

The location was great for us to explore Brussels. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable.
Tea and coffee was available when needed. A nice touch for the guests.
Recommend breakfast to be plated for each room. Our first morning for breakfast, another couple had taken and placed all the cheese, meats and juice on their table.
