Breakfast, amenities, decor, all excellent.
We had to wait to get in. We were on time, but the doorbell wasn’t working. Staffing is very minimal. It’s one of those operations where they give you the keys and some instructions and then you’re on your own.

Wonderful
Enjoyed the quiet, relaxed atmosphere of this B&B. Our room was comfortable and very clean. Nice to relax in the lounge area with coffee provided. Close to the North railway station, restaurants and shopping. To access the property, you must let them know your arrival time.

Very clean and stylish place. Perfect location to explore Brussels. Unique and not ordinary. Self- service breakfast was nice.
The shower would be better if there were some kind of door. It is difficult to shower trying to prevent water not to enter to floor.

The room was a good size and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was good. The host was friendly. Easy walk from Gare du Noord and easy walking to tour pickup points and the main tourist spots.

Location was good. Room was comfy. Very clean.
Staff more responsive. Dark - hard to see front door codes/locks. Not easy to use keys/codes to enter. Steep stairs, but that seems to be the norm in these older buildings.

Cecilia the host was so friendly, kind, and accommodating. We were able to drop off our luggage before check in and she checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed for our 4 night stay.
We loved the self serve breakfast every morning. Our room was extremely clean and the breakfast room was extremely clean and well organized. The decor of the breakfast/ lounge room and our room was very nice and thoughtful. We enjoyed our time at All in One and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Brussels.

This B&B hides behind an unassuming door. But there is a well renovated building behind, where the guest rooms occupy the upper floors, and on the first floor is a communal kitchen, dining area where breakfast is served and where coffee, tea and cookies are available throughout the day. The location is perfect, a short walk from North Station.
Having a bathtub in the room might have its romantic aspects, but when on travel for work, a bathroom with a shower is more convenient.

The staff was very friendly and made me very welcome. The place doesn't have many rooms, and feels more personable. The breakfast was to help yourself with what was on the breakfast bar and in the fridge. It was an atypical continental breakfast with a good selection. I only had some fruits, so I can't say anything about their taste. I liked the coffee. I liked the room and its decoration a lot. But this is a personal preference. It was a good size, had an excellent shower and a proper wardrobe with space for clothes. I got complementary water in a little fridge outside the room. I really love this place and would like to return if it is available.
There was nothing I did not like. There are some quirks: the rooms have keypads to get into, and the keypads are also used to lock the room and when you go to sleep inside. It worked. In the contract I signed, I agreed that I would have to pay extra money should I leave large items to dispose of behind. This is the first time I have seen this. It was not an issue at all for me since I did not have anything like this. Finally, the room faced a busy street with some cafes outside. With the windows open, it was quite noisy; with the windows closed, it was fine for me.

Lovely comfortable guesthouse, in a good location near the railway station and city centre within walking distance. Lovely self service breakfast in a beautiful dining / sitting room. A friendly hostess allowed us to check in early and leave our bags. Highly recommend.

Location was excellent, 15 mins walk from Brussels Nord station, 15 mins walk from The Grande Place, just off the main shopping street, lots of nearby places to eat and drink. Communication before stay was excellent, and lady who met us to let,us in was very friendly and helpful. Room was huge, comfy bed and good shower. Do it yourself breakfast worked well with lots of choice.
Television in room didn't work. . There was an intermittent smell of drains.

Great location especially compared to price. The house interior is stylish, nice to be there. The room is big enough, heating works, warm water too :) I was alone there, so everything was more like self service (i.e. "take the breakfast from the fridge" :) ). Breakfast was simple, but ready for me every morning. Host was very kind lady, speaking French only (ok for me :) ).
The view from the window was inside the "small-block". There was no desk to work at in the room (I expect it would be possible to take my notebook to the dining room, as it is opened throughout the day).
