The location was great and central to town, trains and restaurants and the Sunday antique market. The hydro therapy pool was awesome, really cool and therapeutic on weary muscles pulling luggage?
The staff were great helping us check in early and get settled in

We liked the friendly staff. We enjoyed the complimentary hot drinks, and my kids specially enjoyed the hot chocolate. The pool and sauna were amazing.
We had the suite. Appreciated that it has 2 bathroom but the powder room didn’t have a sink to wash your hand, we had to walk up the stairs to wash our hands. The shower leaked a lot of water out of the shower glass.

Too remote from central area for female travelling alone. Arrived to hotel and waited 10 minutes for somebody to appear at reception. No sign to say they would be back in 5/10 minutes or bell to ring. Phone not connected in room and lots of tea however no English tea. Would not stay again.

The location was excellent for getting around the city, for the Saturday antique market/antique shops and centres and for some really nice places to eat. Loved that the hotel had a pool and sauna, especially after walking and sightseeing all day. Convenient for two train stations, Chapelle and Central.
The pool was cold ? and some of the jets didn't work.

the hotel was in a great location only 5 minutes from town by foot, it was in a quieter location, friendly staff and nice rooms, a good price, we particularly liked the fact there was organic products and for this reason we would deffinately consider booking again,
i would not call it a dislike, everything was great, only minor thing was 1st day pool was freezing but a technician was called out and pool was fine the next day and sauna was a good added bonus too, pool was small and could do with a little more lighting but was also great overall and we made good use of all hotel facility's, i would recommend the hotel to anyone who is visiting the area

Disappointing
Good location, friendly staff.
I’ve been staying here since it was brand new and used to love it. Now the rooms are tired and show age; bright white paint is no longer new and is not “clean”. Rugs in the room smell bad, rooms generally smell strange after cleaning. Recently stayed in room 002 with very loud plumbing coming through the ceiling from upstairs.
