Staff was lovely, location was great, bed was wonderful. Only caveat -- the toilet was in a separate room across the bedroom from the rest of the bathroom (sink/shower). We found this arrangement awkward for using the facility and washing up afterwards.
As mentioned, the schism between toilet and sink. Shower had excellent pressure and plenty of hot water, but the area just outside the shower needed something to reduce slipperiness since it inevitably gets wet. Perhaps some nonskid spots or a rubber mat would fix.

A very good hotel in a handy location a bit out of the tourist areas. Breakfast was good, the room was clean and the staff were helpful and welcoming. The small jacuzzi pool and sauna area was a nice addition but good to visit it at quiet times.
Even though the hotel is on a quieter street there was some outside noise at night, but maybe that is inevitable in the city.

Very spacious room and well maintained. Staff was helpful and friendly. Was very close to all the highlights and to public transportation to see sights a little further out. Breakfast was good. Didn't use the pool or sauna so can't comment on them.
Our room had a wall of windows which could be a little noisy during the day. However, it was fine when it counted.

Gorgeous breakfast - you can cook your own eggs
It looks like this hotel will be a wonderful hotel, once they finish all the little details and hammer out the quirks.
I got the feeling like they rushed to open it and did not finish things in time and bought the bear minimum to function.
- The bathrooms are working, but most of the little mirrors were poorly fixated to the wall
- slippery showers! Careful!
- no handels to hold on to on the way to breakfast room/pool
- no handle on the swimming-pool stair - extreme fall risk!!
- the elevator is broken - I don't know how long already, but the info on the door hangs there a while already.
- no parking in the hotel. They have reserved places in a parkhouse nearby - and need to be booked in advance. It would have been good to know in advance.
- don't sleep on the Sofas. They'll kill your back. Take the bed.
