The room was large. The breakfast was good.
Items missing from the room for instance iron and bedding for the sofabed. No sink / water downstairs in the duplex which made the downstairs toilet unhygienic. Bin was so small, there was no where to put rubbish.

Good location to the city centre and comfortable bed.
Pool was out of action for almost all our stay, front desk service was quite cold and impersonal, the room wasn’t fully cleaned on one day due to a bank holiday.

Breakfast very nice but located underground (floor -1) in a small place that gets crowded and noise very quick
The room was smaller that the expectation. In such an expensive hotel, you dont expect a toilet with no windows, no fan (!) and nothing to wash: just the toilet iteslef in a small corner. You need to walk in the room from the toilet to the shower (!) Definitely ackward!

Conveniently located near the Sablon and the antique shops area, not far from the Grande Place, but in a very quiet small street. Very kind personnel, comfortable and very clean room and large bathroom and good breakfast.
