Good
Pool area, clean, and spacious rooms. Fab beds. Super friendly staff
Breakfast could be better. This morning rsti was not cooked - soggy and not crunchy at all, which is the entire point of rsti.

Very Good
The hotel is great for a short trip like a weekend getaway, its 5 min walk away to grand place and galleries royales yet tucked away in a very quiet street. With the current bed bug situation in Paris and nearby and the Palestine protests, I was very happy to see the room was clean and designed to be easily cleaned, and the location was perfect close to everything yet far away enough from the crowds so very quiet. I didnt use the pool and sauna but my friends said it was nice.
Only one small bottle of water in the room for the entire stay was a bit short but I liked how the lobby had a self serve bar with some free hot drinks and refreshments. The street is not known to all taxi drivers so plan accordingly, a couple times our Ubers missed the turn and we ended having to wait a little bit as they had to make a detour to come back, there were lots of road works and closures in the city centre when we were there. There were some small stains on towels and sheets and mattress but everything was clean.

Very Good
Really good location for places to eat and drink. Public transport very close by which was great. The bed was big and very comfortable!
Couldve been cleaner, particularly in the bathroom.

Pleasant
Staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool was great.
I thought my room a little pricey. The breakfast was overpriced for a continental style buffet.

Wonderful
Excellent location, walking distance to Bruxelles Central and a number of museums, restaurants and shops (Galeries Royales St Hubert, Grand Place). Reception staff were friendly. Lovely, quiet little pool and sauna. Daily housekeeping was very prompt and efficient.
Food offered at breakfast buffet was good, but 23 per person still felt expensive. Our hotel room had the toilet separate to the rest of the bathroom; there wasn't even a washbasin in the toilet cubicle, which felt really awkward.

Room was basic, but clean and quiet. Central location.
Spa - a lot smaller than it looked in the photos. We booked this hotel specifically because of the spa, we only used it briefly, as it was dingy and dark and you couldn't really swim in the pool, as it was tiny

Wonderful
Excellent location, situated very conveniently between the historic old town and Ixelles. A very nice Grand Sablon square just around the corner with lots of Michelin-recommended restaurants and cafes/bars to have a quick drink or enjoy a morning coffee. Lots of museums, parks only a short walk away. During our 3-day stay we used the public transport only once - to go and visit the Atomium. Everything else (shopping, dining, sites) was easily accessible by foot. I was truly amazed how great the location was, just perfect! The sauna and pool part are smaller that appear on the photos, but still a very nice relaxing hour after a long day of shopping. Did not sample the breakfast, since we like to sleep in on holidays. All in all an amazing experience!

Wonderful
Suite was good, although it needs some improvements.
no water fountain in the toilet downstairs in the suite. you need to go up the stairs to wash your hands.
the couch is not that comfortable to sleep on.
the hotel pool is more of a large bathroom tub, perhaps 4,5 meters wide..sauna is good.
breakfastroom in the basement next to the pool/sauna is not a great idea. the lobby area could be used instead.
