We visited Brussels for the first time and choosing 9Hotel Central was a great decision. The location is excellent, close to the main attractions and the train station, which made getting around very easy for us.
We are on our honeymoon and felt very well welcomed the entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive, which made our experience even more special.
The breakfast is also very good, with great options. We really loved our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Location is really great. Reception personnel just awesome.
Shower - water temperature changed all the time from ice cold to burning hot. Room was hot and no AC.
Breakfast - May I suggest something… take two people work there. The other could take care of eating area and the other kitchen. Now piles of dirty dishes - hard to find seat. Trays empty and had to ask everytime more bread, more juice, more cheese, more eggs, more clean plates. Add something fresh: cuvumber, tomatoes, salad etc.

It would have been nice to know in advance to the amount of construction happening in the area. Made it difficult to walk to and from and also not having an ice machine kind of sucked too
