Wonderful
Lovely room with a nice view down the street. Also a good sized room for central Brussels. The hotel is very clean, quite stylish and is very well located being a few minutes from Central Station.
The Aircon didn't seem to work at all well so it was far too hot.

Everything is very fine. Great staff. Great hospitality. Great breakfast. Great location, where every important place can be reached within few minutes walk
Everything is great, except the noise protection between rooms is not that good. If you have bad neighbours or neighbours with young crying babies, it might not be that quiet.

Room was spacious and comfortable, using 'minimalist' theme. Location good...very near to the station and city centre.
Check in was rather convoluted.... I was asked for a credit card to cover any further charges ( I had already paid for the room via Booking.com). I don't possess a credit card, and they wouldn't accept a debit card so luckily my partner had his with him. Then for some reason they wanted the details of the card I had used to book the room...which I didn't have with me either ( I had taken a different debit card)...so the receptionist had to cancel my original booking and rebook on a different debit card.....I've never had that happen before.......found it quite inconvenient. There was a kettle in the room, but the refreshment tray contained just two tea bags and two sugars...there was no milk...we had to get a glassful from reception. Breakfast experience wasn't good...the room was very congested, the tables were like school refectory tables.......there was no cutlery....there wasn't as much choice as we would have expected, and some of the food ran out and took a while to be refilled. Given that it was about £15 each, it wasn't good value in my opinion.

Great location.
The wifi connection was poor. In the lobby, it is a bit better, but not on the 4th floor where I was. The breakfast options are limited. The croissants were always old. The shower had a very unpleasant smell coming from the pipes. The room was clean, though.

There was tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The location for Brussels City Centre was excellent, close to Central Station as well. The room was a good size, as was the bathroom.
The breakfast on Saturday was excellent - there was hardly any food left on Sunday morning however!
The road works near the hotel make access a little more difficult than usual.
