Everything was perfect. Everything looks new and fresh. In the room You can find all necessary facilities. Iron and ironing desk was delivered immediately. Big bed was very comfortable.
It was strange smell from toilet, but there was good ventilation (you can turn on manually) and this smell wasn't problem any more.

great location, very attentive staff, decent breakfast. We have stayed on the top floor, room with a balcony, the view was great.
it was way too hot in the room (in April!), couldn't really sleep. AC was running, but no really cold air. Open windows didn't help, plus too much noise from the street. We were offered another room, but it seems to be the general building issue: in the corridors the temperature was close to sauna feeling, very hot downstairs, too.

The staff was friendly, accommodating, quick to respond, and resolve issues. They were helpful in getting a package mailed back to the United States, went above and beyond. Close to central station and metro.
The air conditioner was hard to regulate. It was warm in the hallways, and the first night was very warm in our room. We were upgraded to a different room, and that experience was much better. Street noise

Good sized room. Breakfast perfectly adequate.
Bathroom a bit tight for space and some shelving would be welcome. Decor is 'industrial chic' so no enclosed hanging space for clothes nor drawers for other items,(instead some stacking boxes). Bare brick wall on one side of room and some sort of workshop table at bed side.

The room looked really nice and simple enough. I like the big mirror in the room. Staff were friendly. The hotel location was really great. 10-15mins walk to most of attractions and lots of restaurants around too.
Toilet was in a tight corner that didnt leave much leg room. The room didnt have AC so it was really hot at night. And the hallway was also super hot.

Location
Airconditioning didn't work, it was stifling hot and we couldn't sleep. We did get another room when we complained, but that airco didn't work either. Fortunately the weather turned, but it was still very uncomfortable. Hotel says it offers a free wuick breakfast (coffee and a pastry or so) which is enough gor us. Well, coffee yes, pastry no. Fortunately there is a very good and friendly breakfast place next door.

Breakfast was good. I LOVED the small red pillows. The staff were kind and helpful. I especially appreciated the woman serving and preparing the breakfast room.
I had 2 unexpected showers before figuring out the hand shower. The button next to the left bed did not cooerate.
