Run down.
Aircon was broken for the whole trip.
No insulation and could hear construction works the whole time. Wasn’t impressed.

Great location - right by Brussels Central Station. Really nice and spacious room with a balcony.

Room was super hot. No airco and no air circulation. Windows could be opened but we got a room at the street side and it was like sleeping next to a high way.

Loved the size of the apartment - and beautiful, modern and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent - 10 min walk to train station, Grand Place and huge amount of restaurants etc. and atmosphere.

The staff were accommodating; and the breakfast included was sufficient for starting the day; they were able to give me a room prior to the usual check-in time too. The location is close to Brussels Central station, and there is even an access point to the metro beside it that also connects to the train station. The rooms are decently sized as well.
This is more of a preference: to have a bidet as part of the ensuite toilet inclusions

Great hotel in Brussels. Rooms newly decorated and good size. Staff very friendly. Reception area with comfortable lunge area and free coffee. Easy walk from central station and main historic area

Staff pleasant and helpful.
Breakfast was good.
Room was large and comfortable bed.
Teamaking facility although not enough choice - one teabag of 2 different types were not enough for daily requirements.
Television sound was very poor and didn't have news station easily accessable and with English translation.

Great location. Nice staff. The bed is comfy and big.
Can not adjust well the air conditioning in the room. It’s too hot for summer. It made us need to open the window but it’s noisy on the morning and in front there are office.

It was clean and well-decorated. As you see in the pictures. They gave a free umbrella in the room to borrow. That was a nice touch. Waffles were great at breakfast. The breakfast was yummy. Local jam for the waffles was a nice touch.
There wasn’t any furniture to unpack my clothes or iron for my clothes. I could hang up my clothes on 3-4 hangers. That was about it.

Great location, nice functional room with large bed.
The room did not have air conditioning, although the website states there is air conditioning. No fans were available. We had the windows open, but the location is on a busy corner with active construction. It was not a restful stay.
