A small hotel with a very nice athmosphere.
The Lounge area at the entrance is especially cosy with tea, coffee, homemade icetea for free and a nice courtesy bar, interesting books around.
Breakfast was really good for a very good price.
Due to construction works in front I asked for a quiet room and got offerd immediately an upgrate. Stuff was very friendly. We definitely would come back.

Close to central Brussels, nice staff.
It was extremely hot in the room, uncomfortably so. Even though it was not that hot outside. The only thing we could do was leave one small window open but that meant we had to keep the curtain open otherwise there was no draft. With the open curtain everyone on the street could look inside very well and the street was extremely busy and there was a lot of noise as well. There was not much space in the bathroom to leave your toiletries.

Very nice staff.
Police/fire sirens from 5 am would easily wake you up. Our sink was blocked, we told the nice staff, but it remains blocked for the duration of our stay..
Over 700 euro for a 3 Night stay and my card is overcharged by 200 euro, but I'm sure reporting this will solve the issue ( it's a bank holiday in my country of origin).
Would we stay again ? Yes.

The location near the Central station is excellent. The staff were also very helpful. I was booked for one night, but needed a second night due to a cancelled flight, and although they were full, they contacted another hotel for me to check their availability.
The room was very nice, and they have the softest towels I have ever experienced!

The hotel was well located near attractions. The rooms were modern and spacious with a large shower. Breakfast was exceptional!
The lights in the hallways were on motion sensor. It was dark when first walking out until the lights came on.

The staff were so welcoming when I arrived and I managed to get checked in early as the room was ready. I didn’t make use of the restaurant/cafe but there were free refreshments in the foyer and I really liked the room. It was spacious with large windows and lots of different options for lighting. Location made it easy to get to all the major sights.
The street outside was very noisy at certain times during the night, sirens could be heard very clearly even though I was several floors up. It didn’t bother me too much but maybe something for others to consider. When I stayed (April 2025) there were fairly intensive roadworks going on through the streets right outside so it can be difficult to see where you’re going initially and how to get across the road but that can’t really be helped.
